Warwick Gardens home tops sales at $957,500

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Oct. 3 and Oct. 14.

A home in Warwick Gardens tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Robert and Donna Forsyth, Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7916 Warwick Gardens Lane to Herbert Arnold, of Ontario, Canada, for $957,500. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,030 square feet of living area.

Lakewood Ranch Country Club Village
Danny and Sheila Stewart sold their home at 13418 Blythefield Terrace to Lisa Freij, Bradenton, for $900,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,545 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $964,500 in 2004.

Changsu and Youngsoon Yun, Bradenton, sold their home at 7107 Keswick Lane to Rodney and Shelley Clark, Lakewood Ranch, for $750,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,871 square feet of living area.

Ronald Legere and Marcia Krajewski, of Vernon, Conn., sold their home at 7127 Sandhills Place to Paul and Susan Wishnow, of Fort Lee, N.J., for $338,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,028 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $389,000 in 2009.

River Place
D.R. Horton Inc. sold the home at 7024 73rd Court E. to George McManigle and Kelly Price, Bradenton, for $369,990. Built in 2010, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,441 square feet of living area.

Victor and Colette Rizk, of Wake Forest, N.C., sold their home at 6968 74th St. Circle E. to Marzouk and Hana Khoury, Bradenton, for $242,500. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,315 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $415,000 in 2006.

Edgewater Village
Allan and Alberta Cummings, Jacksonville Beach, sold their home at 6511 Windjammer Place to Walter and Wendy Deacon, of Sunbury, Pa., for $350,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,649 square feet of living area.

Steven and Vicky Horswood, Odessa, sold their home at 7610 Broomsedge Court to Jim and Caroline McGrath, Lakewood Ranch, for $345,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,485 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $375,600 in 2002.

Preserve at Panther Ridge
Wells Fargo Bank sold the home at 22324 Panther Loop to John and Deborah Roberts, Bradenton, for $339,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,903 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $430,000 in 2001.

Bradford Weinstein and Patricia Weinstein, Tampa, sold their home at 6431 Royal Tern Circle to Paul and Jennifer Downs, Lakewood Ranch, for $335,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,396 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $330,000 in 2009.

HSBC Bank USA, trustee, sold the home at 12835 Daisy Place to Kirk Marquard, Bradenton, for $292,000. Built in 2006, it has five bedrooms, three baths and 3,872 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $589,900 in 2006.

The Capina Corp. sold the home at 4606 62nd Ave. E. to Dennis and Debra DeMaria, Bradenton, for $280,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,489 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $258,000 in 2008.

River Club South
Dennis Dotson and Linda Bakala-Dotson sold their home at 10246 Silverado Circle to Richard Harmon and John Mathews, of Springfield, Pa., for $270,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,012 square feet of living area.
