Southpointe Shores home sells for $950,000

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Oct. 10 and Oct. 14. A home in Southpointe Shores tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Edward and Michelle Kapreilian, Sarasota, sold their home at 1736 Sandalwood Drive to Philip and Reina Alexander, Sarasota, for $950,000. Built in 1974, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,951 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,175,000 in 2003.

Bay Plaza
John and Donna Engel, Tampa, sold their Unit 901 condominium at 1255 N. Gulfstream Ave. to Adrienne Wagner and John Wagner, trustees, Sarasota, for $725,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,901 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $599,000 in 2004.

David Marcus and R. Blain Sanford, trustees, Lutz, sold the Unit 406 condominium at 1255 N. Gulfstream Ave. to Demetrios and Raynette Lignos, Sarasota, for $425,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,654 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $610,000 in 2004.

Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 523 condominium at 1299 Tamiami Trail to Frances Keane, Sarasota, for $638,500. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,790 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $622,000 in 2003.

Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 811 condominium at 1301 Tamiami Trail to Julie Safford, Sarasota, for $508,000. Built in 2000, it has one bedroom, one-and-a-half baths and 1,170 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 2004.

Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 212 condominium at 1301 Tamiami Trail to Mark and Patricia Eisner, Tampa, for $300,000. Built in 2000, it has one bedroom, one bath and 984 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $277,500 in 2003.

One Hundred Central
Donald and Georgia Anderson, Sarasota, sold their Unit K-918 condominium at 100 Central Ave. to David Macrae, trustee, Nokomis, for $590,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,707 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $620,000 in 2005.

1350 Main Residential
Humayun Agha and Sita Sarna, New York, sold their Unit 1200 condominium at 1350 Main St. to Faye Ledwick, of Centerville, Ohio, for $500,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,268 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $560,000 in 2008.

Condominium on the Bay
Martin and Eileen Entler, Sarasota, sold their Unit 1206 condominium at 888 Blvd. of the Arts to Vicki Cox, of Sacramento, Calif., for $494,500. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,555 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $155,000 in 1990.

Rivo at Ringling
First Bank sold the Unit 1202 condominium at 1771 Ringling Blvd. to Martin and Patricia Corson, Sarasota, for $315,500. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,440 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $454,500 in 2006.

Lynwood Park
Pekka Emdebrant and Martina Woelfinger, of Oberursel, Germany, sold their home at 1614 Hansen St. to Emmons Development of SRQ LLC for $285,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,615 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $472,000 in 2005.

Riverwood Park
Deutsche Bank, trustee, sold the home at 4701 Riverwood Ave. to CMSB LLC for $256,600. Built in 1974, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,190 square feet of living area. CMSB LLC then sold the home to Dan and Sybille Anbar, of South Orange, N.J., for $306,500.

Elinor White and Samuel Grossbart, Sarasota, sold their home at 8428 Jesolo Lane to John and Cherie Sleyter, Sarasota, for $365,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,008 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,000 in 2003.
Jane Kalyvas sold her home at 5397 Eliseo St. to Lazo Pipovski, Sarasota, for $212,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,845 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $221,900 in 2004.

Villas at Deer Creek
O’Lyn Millar, Sarasota, sold the home at 4532 Deer Trail Blvd. to Sandra DeLaurier, Sarasota, for $247,000. Built in 1995, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,100 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $65,000 in 1995.

Arielle on Palmer Ranch
Duke and Susan Hale sold their Unit 2103 condominium at 6989 Prosperity Circle to Pamela Madden, Sarasota, for $200,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,863 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $208,500 in 2010.

Lakeside at the Isles of Palmer Ranch
Michael and Danette Simons, of Moline, Ill., sold their Unit 202 condominium at 1299 Burgos Drive to Thomas and Leah Neely, of Redwood, N.Y., for $200,000. Built in 2009, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,638 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $207,900 in 2009.

Ann Lexamiz, North Venice, sold her home at 1247 Thornapple Drive to Edward and Regina Smith, Osprey, for $345,000. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,261 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $53,000 in 2003.

Meridian V at the Oaks Preserve
U.S. Bank, trustee, sold the Unit 503 condominium at 3621 N. Point Road to David and Diana Brandenburg, Osprey, for $279,900. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,680 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $603,700 in January.

Sorrento East
Frank and Doris Bogaert, Nokomis, sold their home at 416 W. Rossetti Drive to David Gutt, of Cobalt, Conn., for $245,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,449 square feet of living area.
