University Park home sells for $1.15M

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Aug. 29 and Sept. 2.

A home in Sloane Gardens tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Forrest and Carole Rivinius, University Park, sold their home at 7922 Sloane Gardens Court to Patricia Chisholm of Nova Scotia, Canada, for $1.15 million. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 4,323 square feet of living area. The vacant lot previously sold for $405,800 in 2004.

Waterlefe Golf and River Club
James and Margaret Porter, of Chadds Ford, Pa., sold their home at 9807 Discovery Terrace to Barbara and Jeffrey Brand, Bradenton, for $431,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,400 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $399,800 in 2001.

Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., sold the home at 634 Foggy Morn Lane to Alain Fleury and Nancy Groleau, of Quebec, Canada, for $228,000. Built in 2002, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,796 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $368,000 in 2004.

Country Club of Lakewood Ranch
Neal Communities of Southwest Florida LLC sold the home at 7246 Lake Forest Glen to Darris and Margaret Nichols, Lakewood Ranch, for $399,000. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,451 square feet of living area.

Rosemary Poole, of Glastonbury, Conn., sold her home at 7618 Desert Inn Way to Henry Cucino and Dyan Baker, Lakewood Ranch, for $382,500. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,261 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $295,000 in 2009.

The Watch at Waterlefe
Rowland and Charlene Jones, of Bluffton, S.C., sold their Unit 11-D condominium at 9623 Sea Turtle Terrace to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., for $395,900. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,156 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $315,900 in 2001.

Broadmoor Pines
Betty and Clyde Lockie, of Bedford, Texas, sold their home at 7904 Broadmoor Pines Blvd. to Josef and Rose Aichhorn, of Furlong, Pa., for $376,000. Built in 1992, it has four bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,910 square feet of living area. It sold for $250,000 in 1992.
