Lakewood Ranch home sells for $570,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Sept. 5 and 9.

A home in Lakewood Ranch Golf and Country Club tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Casey Yniguez and Kimberly Yniguez sold their home at 7013 Brier Creek Court to Steven Jenkins and Jenny Marczynski, Lakewood Ranch, for $570,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,738 square feet of living area.

River Club South
Kevin and Terry Barley, Bradenton, sold their home at 7535 River Club Blvd. to Robert Keen, Bradenton, for $565,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,623 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $592,200 in 2002.

Waterlefe Golf and River Club
David and Barbara Bocchino, of Lewes, Del., sold their home at 915 Fish Hook Cove to Eileen and Joseph Antonelli, Bradenton, for $526,300. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 2,797 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $668,700 in 2004.

GreyHawk Landing
Elizabeth McKinley, of Knoxville, Tenn., sold her home at 12723 Penguin Drive to Ian and Lorna Smith, Bradenton, for $425,000. Built in 2010, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,251 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $340,400 in 2010.

Greenbrook Village
Joseph and Dianne Zagorski, Bradenton, sold their home at 14242 Sundial Place to Michael and Mandi Davis, Bradenton, for $300,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths and 3,062 square feet of living area.

David Haenel, Longboat Key, sold his home at 6209 Pine Siskin Glen to Jerry and Mary Ayres, Lakewood Ranch, for $235,500. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 1,922 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $154,000 in 2007.

Jose and Karla Erbella, Anna Maria, sold their home at 13919 Nighthawk Terrace to Harold and Sherri Smith, Lakewood Ranch, for $215,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,244 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $394,900 in 2005.

Mitchell and Carolyn Shelby, Sarasota, their home at 615 147th St. E. to Howard and Sandra Johnson, Bradenton, for $291,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,525 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $325,000 in 2003.

Michael and Judith Colantuono, Sorrento, sold their home at 514 147th St. E. to Robert Arakel, Naples, for $265,900. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,582 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $245,000 in 2009.

Paragon Relocation Resources Inc. sold the home at 8302 Planters Knoll Terrace to Kevin Kulczak, of Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif., for $278,500. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,102 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $325,200 in 2004.

Savannah Preserve at University Place
Savannah Preserve Inc. sold the Unit 8067 condominium at 8067 St. Simons St. to Steven and Marie Mayer, University Park, for $266,100. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,664 square feet of living area.

Riverwalk
Rhys and Susan Davies sold their home at 11615 Water Poppy Terrace to Douglas and Melissa Plasencia, Lakewood Ranch, for $250,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,620 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $355,000 in 2008.

Richard Watters, of York, England, sold his Unit B-308 condominium at 7718 Lake Vista Court to Robert and Carol Harris, Bradenton, for $205,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths and 2,138 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $605,000 in 2008.

Gary Bringman and Eric Sundall, Bradenton, sold their home at 4213 First Ave. N.E. to Ernest and Dayle Florio, Bradenton, for $205,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,457 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $430,000 in 2006.
