Harbor Acres home sells for $1,275,000

Jonathan and Natalie Rosenthal, Atlanta, sold their home at 1535 Hillview Drive, in Harbor Acres, to Robert Stack, Bradenton, for $1,275,000. Built in 1957, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,707 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,615,000 in 2005.

This week’s residential real-estate transactions were recorded between Sept. 5 and Sept. 9 at the Sarasota County Courthouse.

Of this week’s nine sales, two were for more than $1 million. Two sales were recorded in Sarasota; four in Palmer Ranch; and three were in Osprey.

SARASOTA
Washington Park
Walter Baldwin, trustee, Sarasota, sold the home at 1855 Oak St. to Ronald Sobotka and Cynthia Collins, Chicago, for $525,000. Built in 1926, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,162 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $80,000 in 1981.

PALMER RANCH
Huntington Pointe
Keith and Beryl Harling, of Frodham, United Kingdom, sold their home at 4191 Hearthstone Drive to Michael and Marie Sindaco, of King of Prussia, Pa., for $325,000. Built in 1992, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,533 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $317,000 in 2004.

Villagewalk
Joanne DeFusco, of Wall, N.J., sold her home at 5799 Ivrea Drive to Paul and Vicki DeLoia, of Harrisburg, Pa., for $235,000. Built in 2002, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,534 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $245,000 in 2009.

The Hamptons
Gerard Pirot, Sarasota, sold his home at 6242 Sturbridge Court to Edgar Roy LLC for $214,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,826 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $290,000 in 2004.

Savannah at Turtle Rock
Mary and Frank Thomas, trustees, Sarasota, sold the home at 8372 Canary Palm Court to William and Diana Cuccio, trustees, Sarasota, for $200,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,902 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $222,400 in 1995.

OSPREY
Oaks II
Joseph and Panayiota Corcoran, Sarasota, sold their home at 562 Macewen Drive to James and Tara Knicos, of Bethlehem, Pa., for $1.2 million. Built in 2003, it has five bedrooms, six-and-a-half baths, a pool and 6,288 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,880,000 in 2005.

South Creek
Toni Feigenbaum, Venice, sold the home at 476 South Creek Drive to Alfred and Christine Barlett, Osprey, for $375,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,357 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $285,000 in 1996.

Sorrento Shores
Larry and Mary Maassen, of Los Alamos, N.M., sold their home at 416 S. Shore Drive to Maria Oliveira and Cristina Penas, of Union, N.J., for $226,500. Built in 1978, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,988 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $270,000 in 2009.
