I thought it was a toilet...
 7:09 p.m. — 3600 blk. GMD. Vandalism. Subject told police she saw teenager urinating on neighbor’s door. Police found teenager, who said he was intoxicated. Teen said he is sorry. Police gave the boy choice between being charged with misdemeanor and cleaning up after himself. He chose the latter.
