Lakewood Ranch home tops weekly sales

The following residential real estate transactions took place between March 19 and 21.

A home in the Country Club of Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Vito Bavaro, Bradenton, sold his home at 6810 Dominion Lane to Thomas and Laura Stavola, Bradenton, for $619,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,515 square feet of living area.

Greenbrook Village
Stephen and Allison Tolpa, of Chester, N.J., sold their home at 6674 Coopers Hawk Court to Gabriel and Felice Dworet, Bradenton, for $440,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,302 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $643,000 in 2005.

Karl and Stephanie Pearson, trustees, of Highland, Utah, sold the home at 6489 Indigo Bunting Place to James and Lisa Fitzgibbons, Bradenton, for $437,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,099 square feet of living area.

Anthony Reed, Sarasota, sold his home at 6224 Burrowing Owl Cove to Andrew and Debora Aikman, Bradenton, for $339,900. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,363 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $229,000 in 2011.

Herbert Arnold, of Ontario, Canada, sold his home at 7173 Victoria Circle to Jack and Donna Selinsky, Bradenton, for $375,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,976 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $390,000 in 2003.

River Club South
Kenneth Blume, Sarasota, sold his home at 7631 Partridge St. Circle to James and Jaclyn Royalty, Bradenton, for $340,000. Built in 1997, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,506 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $285,000 in 2010.

Magnolia Hammock at University Place
Federal National Mortgage Association sold the home at 7424 Green St. to John Lemp and Lamie Watts, Bradenton, for $309,900. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,283 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $435,300 in 2004.

Country Meadows
HSBC Bank USA, trustee, sold the home at 14705 Fourth Drive N.E. to Buddy Gilbert, Bradenton, for $307,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,014 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $556,600 in 2006.

Stoneybrook at Heritage Harbour
Wells Fargo Bank sold the home at 7514 Camden Harbour Drive to Nicolas Dussault and Carolyn Smith, of Quebec, Canada, for $292,500. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,544 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $423,900 in 2005.

GreyHawk Landing
Dan and Diane Kah, Bradenton, sold their home at 12615 Cara Cara Loop to John and Nancy Witton, Bradenton, for $290,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,222 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $299,000 in 2009.

Patricia Runge, trustees, of Villa Hills, Ky., sold the Unit 11-A condominium at 9623 Sea Turtle Terrace to Dennis and Ann Wilm, of Manitowish Waters, Wis., for $210,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,666 square feet of living area. It sold for $380,000 in 2006.
