Home on Casey Key tops weekly sales at $4.1 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between March 19 and 23.

A home on Casey Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Neil and Susan Gailmard, trustees, of Munster, Ind., sold the home at 1304 Casey Key Road to Vijay and Neena Kanwar, of Ontario, Canada, for $4.1 million. Built in 2006, it has five bedrooms, seven-and-two-half baths, a pool and 6,042 square feet of living area.

Plaza at Five Points Residences
Jose Gimenez sold his Unit 11F condominium at 50 Central Ave. to Robert and Patricia Coffaro, of Cincinnati, for $990,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths and 2,356 square feet of living area.

One Hundred Central
Carol and James Armstrong, Sarasota, sold their Unit E-915 condominium at 100 Central Ave. to David Eddy, Sarasota, for $890,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths and 2,173 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $850,000 in 2009.

Lawrence Point II
Paul Welch, trustee, Sarasota, sold the Unit 402 condominium at 99 Sunset Drive to Edward Baran, trustee, Sarasota, for $865,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,174 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $800,000 in 2009.

Harbor Acres
Michele Scotto, trustee, sold the home at 1383 Harbor Drive to Frank Chinnici and Maria Baird, Sarasota, for $500,000. Built in 1964, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,101 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $148,000 in 1985.

Lawrence Pointe
Margaret Ireland, Sarasota, sold the Unit 103 condominium at 97 Sunset Drive to Jane Bruno, trustee, of New Castle, N.H., for $469,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,794 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $177,500 in 1992.

Minton and Sandra Tinsley, Sarasota, sold their home at 5014 S. Kestral Park Way to Ronna Berland, Sarasota, for $380,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,530 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2004.

Dava Biehl, Cincinnati, sold her Unit 404 condominium at 1100 Imperial Drive to Cornelia Matson, trustee, Sarasota, for $269,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,160 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $253,000 in 2009.

Peter Habein, trustee, of Billings, Mont., sold the home at 3223 Pine Valley Drive to Dedra Dogan, Ponte Vedra Beach, for $224,500. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,928 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $87,500 in 1987.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 5335 Winchester Drive to Renee Morrison, of Austin, Texas, for $201,000. Built in 1955, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,302 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $120,000 in 1997.
