For the last 10 years, Gardening South Inc. has been taking care of this Longboat Key property. The company worked with the previous owners of the home and now works for the current residents. Christine Wasley, of Gardening South Inc., describes the garden as a “country garden on the beach.”

Most of the flowers, trees and the vegetable garden are in the front yard of the home. Gardening South Inc. worked with the current owners to install two pergolas, both covered in vine flowers, as well as a small pond by which the residents can sit in the shade and relax.

The backyard includes palm trees and a grassy area for the owners’ dogs to play. The residence also includes a pool area with plenty of seating and an infinity pool overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
