Lakewood Ranch home tops sales at $800,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between March 22 and 30.

A home in the Country Club of Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Thomas and Glenda Armstrong, Bradenton, sold their home at 6946 Westchester Circle to Scott and Diane Allshouse, Lakewood Ranch, for $800,000. Built in 2000, it has five bedrooms, four-and-one-half baths, a pool and 5,154 square feet of living area.

Country Club of Lakewood Ranch
Daniel and Sandra Kegg sold their home at 7909 Treesdale Glen to Garry Grossman and Adrienne Kohn, Lakewood Ranch, for $485,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,538 square feet of living area.

Toni Mathis, trustee, of King, Wash., sold the home at 8319 Championship Court to Robert and Arlene Jones, of Bethesda, Md., for $482,500. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,056 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $850,000 in 2004.

Regis and Cynthia Champ, Cortez, sold their home at 13849 Siena Loop to James and Karen Bousquet, Bradenton, for $410,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,294 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $595,000 in 2008.

Marilyn Mongiello, Sarasota, sold her home at 12335 Thornhill Court to Leo Rovers for $369,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,136 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $339,000 in 2009.

Gregory VanNatter and Gloria Bracciano sold their home at 6519 The Masters Ave. to Jeramie and Nicole Snelling, Lakewood Ranch, for $365,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,511 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $308,800 in 2009.
