The following residential real-estate transactions took place between March 22 and March 30. A condominium in Tangerine Bay Club tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Jodi Mays, Sarasota, sold her Unit 512 condominium at 380 Gulf of Mexico Drive to William and Kiran Kimbell, Longboat Key, for $856,300. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,380 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $946,300 in 2006.
Marina Bay
Marilyn Donnelly, of Wexford, Pa., sold her Unit 153 condominium at 2410 Harbourside Drive to Charles and Heather Annaloro, of Andover, Mass., for $846,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,382 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $699,000 in 1993.
Raymond and Julie Grimm, of Carol Stream, Ill., sold their Unit 311 condominium at 2550 Harbourside Drive to Robert and Doralynn Anderson, Longboat Key, for $740,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,083 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $425,000 in 2009.
Fairway Bay III
Dennis DeWitt, trustee, Longboat Key, sold the Unit 646 condominium at 2120 Harbourside Drive to ABR I LLC for $650,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,031 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $410,000 in 1997.
Harry and Charlotte Kitchen, of Beaufort, S.C., sold their Unit 211 condominium at 1931 Harbourside Drive to Paul Carreiro and Kimberly Pelyk, Longboat Key, for $390,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,442 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $469,000 in 2008.

Harriet Marks, Sarasota, sold the Unit 307 condominium at 455 Longboat Club Road to Kenneth Leung, of Brooklyn, N.Y., for $612,500. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,410 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $375,000 in 1991.
Sea Gate Club
Margaret McMurray, Beatrice Isenhour, Ellen Vaughn and Lavinia Coombs, of Nashville, Tenn., sold their Unit 3-E condominium at 2425 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Andrew Terzis, of Ridgefield, Conn., for $490,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,470 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $75,000 in 1986.
Longboat Harbour Towers
James Wynn, trustee, sold the Unit 304 condominium at 4401 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Charles and Gretchen Lefferson, of Williamsburg, Ohio, for $480,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,534 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $725,000 in 2005.
Portobello
William and Sharon Collins, Lakeland, sold their Unit B-105 condominium at 3240 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Sandra Packard, trustee, of White Lake, Mich., for $317,500. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,505 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $150,000 in 1997.
Whitney Beach
Arthur and Kathleen Abate, of West Haven, Conn., sold their Unit 202 condominium at 6800 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Jeffrey Stuffings, of Lafayette, Colo., for $260,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,377 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $437,500 in 2007.
Sutton Place
Katharine Penfield, trustee, sold the Unit 302 condominium at 605 Sutton Place to John and Jean Kloppenburg, of Hollis, N.H., for $235,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 992 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $132,000 in 1989.
Seagrape Inn
John Mulder, Apollo Beach, sold his Unit 1 condominium at 5125 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Georgia Tsarnas, of Akron, Ohio, for $215,000. Built in 1983, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,122 square feet of living area.
L’Elegance on Lido Beach
Barbara and Robert Branson, trustees, of Dixon, Ill., sold the Unit A-703 condominium at 1800 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Monica Micera, trustee, of Mendham, N.J., for $650,000. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,350 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $496,800 in 2003.
