Lido Shores Westway Drive home sells for $7.1 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between April 2 and April 6. A home on Lido Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. James and Maryann Armour, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1255 Westway Drive to Borgelt Florida LLC for $7.1 million. Built in 2001, it has five bedrooms, six baths, a pool and 6,618 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $8.9 million in 2004.

Country Club Shores
Michael and Maria Losey sold their home at 560 Spinnaker Lane to Michael Gearhardt, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $1.15 million. Built in 1966, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,324 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.35 million in 2004.

Bay Isles
Steven Hanson, of Bradenton, sold his home at 1590 Harbor Cay Lane to Andre and Jean Butterfield, of Harrogate, United Kingdom, for $1,125,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 1,757 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $759,000 in 2011.

Harbour Court
William and Monica Brecka, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 2282 Harbour Court Drive to Gailyn and Linda Larsen, of York, Pa., for $1.05 million. Built in 1988, it has four bedrooms, four baths and 2,996 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $985,000 in 2004.

Promenade
Claire Love, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 1003 condominium at 1211 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Carl and Lois Davidson, of Longboat Key, for $795,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,612 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $520,000 in 1987.

Helen Fassler, of Andover, Mass., sold her Unit 208B condominium at 1211 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Robert and Jennifer Lister, of Ontario, Canada, for $540,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,827 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $280,500 in 1987.

Kyle Thorne, of Southlake, Texas, sold his Unit 204 condominium at 1211 Gulf of Mexico Drive to David Glorius, of Longboat Key, for $400,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,585 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $475,000 in 2010.

Barbara Shrager, trustee, of Ventnor City, N.J., sold her Unit A-703 condominium at 545 Sanctuary Drive to Kevin and Deborah Milliken, of Rochester, Mich., for $790,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,375 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $610,000 in 1997.

Winding Oaks
Deutsche Bank, trustee, sold the Unit 9 condominium at 3417 Winding Oaks Drive to Donald and Roberta Doyle, of Louisville, Ky., for $701,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,679 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,075,000 in 2005.

William and Tanya Friel, of Lakeland, sold their Unit 305 condominium at 5757 Gulf of Mexico Drive to JPMorgan Chase Bank for $612,000. Built in 1973, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,561 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $765,000 in 2007.

Julie Safford, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 604 condominium at 1100 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Michael and Deborah Gordon, of Rochester, N.Y., for $600,000. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,456 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $182,000 in 1980.

Beth Morrison, Joanne Banks and Leora Berns, trustees, sold the Unit 308 condominium at 350 S. Polk Drive to Eliseo Rojas and Carol Vojt, of Oceanport, N.J., for $325,000. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,036 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $130,000 in 1984.
