The following residential real-estate transactions took place between April 2 and April 6. A home on Lido Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. James and Maryann Armour, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1255 Westway Drive to Borgelt Florida LLC for $7.1 million. Built in 2001, it has five bedrooms, six baths, a pool and 6,618 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $8.9 million in 2004.

Michael and Maria Losey sold their home at 560 Spinnaker Lane to Michael Gearhardt, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $1.15 million. Built in 1966, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,324 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.35 million in 2004.
Bay Isles
Steven Hanson, of Bradenton, sold his home at 1590 Harbor Cay Lane to Andre and Jean Butterfield, of Harrogate, United Kingdom, for $1,125,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 1,757 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $759,000 in 2011.

William and Monica Brecka, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 2282 Harbour Court Drive to Gailyn and Linda Larsen, of York, Pa., for $1.05 million. Built in 1988, it has four bedrooms, four baths and 2,996 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $985,000 in 2004.

Helen Fassler, of Andover, Mass., sold her Unit 208B condominium at 1211 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Robert and Jennifer Lister, of Ontario, Canada, for $540,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,827 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $280,500 in 1987.
Kyle Thorne, of Southlake, Texas, sold his Unit 204 condominium at 1211 Gulf of Mexico Drive to David Glorius, of Longboat Key, for $400,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,585 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $475,000 in 2010.
