The following residential real estate transactions took place between April 2 and 6.

A home in Grosvenor Gardens tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Transatlantic Capital Group LLP sold the home at 8339 Grosvenor Court to Geraldine Stevens, of Canfield, Ohio, for $650,000. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,004 square feet of living area.

Country Club of Lakewood Ranch
Bjarne and Linda Hovesen, of Ontario, Canada, sold their home at 7657 Portstewart Drive to Julius and Kay Marcus, Lakewood Ranch, for $600,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,805 square feet of living area.

Gregory and Marie Galmin sold their home at 8226 Championship Court to Robert and Susan Hermann, Bradenton, for $547,500. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,197 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $888,500 in 2006.

Richard and Therese Reskow, Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7912 Royal Queensland Way to Robert Walters and Kimberly Wyatt, Lakewood Ranch, for $520,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,726 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $585,000 in 2004.

Jan and Deborah Champion, of San Jose, Calif., sold their home at 6556 The Masters Ave. to Richard and Lydia Kaeyer, of Owls Head, Maine, for $429,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,412 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $437,500 in 2002.

Terry and Cindy Holinsky, Bradenton, sold their home at 12025 Thornhill Court to Marvin Crepea, Bradenton, for $340,000. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,914 square feet of living area.
