A home in Cherokee Lodge tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Thomas Kruse and Cynthia Kruse, trustees, Sarasota, sold the home at 1520 S. Lodge Drive to Kenneth and Linda Slavin, Sarasota, for $5.35 million. Built in 2000, it has six bedrooms, six-and-one-half baths, a pool and 7,726 square feet of living area.

Julia Allen, of Ridgewood, N.J., sold the home at 2200 Mietaw Drive to Jonathan Yunis, Sarasota, for $900,000. Built in 1998, it has four bedrooms, four-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,055 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $575,000 in 2003.

Golden Bay
Frank Schiller, trustee, Sarasota, sold the Unit 42 condominium at 166 Golden Gate Point to Richard Passman and Jane Passman, trustees, Sarasota, for $725,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,130 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $780,000 in 2003.
