CVS moves forward with new store

CVS appears to be getting a move on.

The Longboat Observer observed a Budget moving truck parked near the entrance of the store earlier this week, and the drug store’s shelves are in place.

At Publix, roofing work continues. Contractors are in the process of installing scaffolding to put the entrance to the supermarket in place. Meanwhile, just to the east of the Publix store, contractors are putting up scaffolding and piling concrete blocks that will be used to form new retail shops as part of the plaza’s total transformation.
