The following residential real-estate transactions took place between July 16 and July 20.

A home in Tidewater Preserve tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Paul Koepfer, of Fombell, Pa., sold his home at 1103 Kestrel Court to Melodi Oswald, of Bradenton, for $565,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,913 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $649,000 in 2008.

Cypress Creek Estates
James Froeschle and Rosalinda Froeschle, trustees, of Holmes Beach, sold the home at 6149 Ninth Ave. Circle N.E. to Christopher and Catherine Cooper, of Bradenton, for $550,000. Built in 1990, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,795 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $500,000 in 2003.

Samuel and Maureen Greenway, of Independence, Ohio, sold their home at 6107 Eighth Ave. Drive N.E. to Edward and Suzanne Gargiulo, of Bradenton, for $400,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,630 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $725,300 in 2005.

Scott and Jennifer Fehrs, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 15725 Butterfish Place to Walter and Deborah Schnitzer, of Lakewood Ranch, for $242,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,073 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $230,000 in 2010.
