The following residential real-estate transactions took place between July 16 and July 20. A home in Siesta Isles tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. W. David and M. Denise Sanders, of Bristol, Ind., sold their home at 5232 Shadow Lawn Drive to Zoom Thru Zoom to You Inc. for $815,000. Built in 1962, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,899 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $780,000 in 2010.

Preston Brown, of Sarasota, sold his home at 8307 Midnight Pass Road to James Talkie and Sharon Webb, of Sarasota, for $750,000. Built in 1945, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,244 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $47,500 in 1979.
Ruth Bradfield, trustee, of Grosse Pointe Farms, Mich., sold the home at 8202 Midnight Pass Road to Leone Kotze, of Sarasota, for $575,000. Built in 1962, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,993 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $357,500 in 1992.

Robert Malburg, of Rocky River, Ohio, sold his Unit B-602 condominium at 1055 Beach Road to William and Julie Burke, of Bellbrook, Ohio, for $545,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,204 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $570,000 in 2008.

Sandra Long, of Elm Grove, Wis., sold her Unit 201 condominium at 8635 Midnight Pass Road to Federal National Mortgage Association for $370,600. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,160 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $618,000 in 1994.

Joseph Gillan, trustee, sold the Unit 602 condominium at 9393 Midnight Pass Road to Mark and Norine Eckstrom, of Lakewood Ranch, for $302,500. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,029 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $265,000 in 2001.
