Four-bedroom home in Treymore sells for $590,000

The following residential real- estate transactions took place between July 23 and July 27.

A home in Treymore at the Village of Palm Aire tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Mark Ruffalo, of Sarasota, sold his home at 4731 Carrington Circle to David Notary and Sharon D’Amico, of Sarasota, for $590,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,430 square feet of living area.

Central Park
Prince Hurd III and Theresa Rock, of Glen Allen, Va., sold their home at 12028 Longview Lake Circle to Kevin Lo and Stacy Chen, of Bradenton, for $429,000. Built in 2011, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,038 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $443,500 in 2011.

Greyhawk Landing
Eric and Geanna Ackerman, of Grand Island, N.Y., sold their home at 418 Petrel Trail to Kevin Knopf, of Sarasota, for $410,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,057 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $570,000 in 2007.

Federal National Mortgage Association sold the home at 12716 Daisy Place to Zenon and Jean Szalbirak, of Bradenton, for $320,000. Built in 2006, it has five bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,862 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $393,800 in 2011.
