Country Club Village home sells for $535,000

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between July 30 and August 3.

A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Eugene and Andrea Doren, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 12615 Elgin Terrace to Stephen and Debra Poitras, of Lakewood Ranch, for $535,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,788 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $505,000 in 2010.

Rye Wilderness Estates
Dave and Donna Filippone, of Wilmington, Del., sold their home at 352 165th Court N.E. to Gregory and Darlene Apple, of Aurora, Ill., for $505,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,887 square feet of living area.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
ACPA Land Investments LLC and LVI Land Investments LLC sold the home at 12110 Thornhill Court to Richard Gilligan and Elaine Gilligan, trustees, of Bradenton, for $395,000. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,116 square feet of living area.

Robert and Emily Young, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 13828 Siena Loop to Michael and Cynthia Pietsch, of Fontana, Wis., for $365,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,311 square feet of living area.

Jerome and Cynthia Davis sold their home at 6831 Bay Hill Drive to Rocco and Carmela Lombardo, of Lakewood Ranch, for $350,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,160 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $510,000 in 2005.
