Home in Country Club Village sells for $655,000

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Aug. 6 and Aug. 10.

A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Richard and Elaine Gilligan, trustees, of Lakewood Ranch, sold the home at 7942 Royal Birkdale Circle to Soren and Birthe Svenningsen, of Watchung, N.J., for $655,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,862 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $835,000 in 2007.

Greenbrook Village
John and Deborah Heltzer, of Dunwoody, Ga., sold their home at 6611 Coopers Hawk Court to Brian and Rebekah Griffin, of Lakewood Ranch, for $535,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,789 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $597,200 in 2005.

Edmund Morford and Ruth Morford sold their home at 6707 Quillback Lane to Richard Primerano, of Bradenton, for $475,000. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,066 square feet of living area.

Victor and Evelean Ghobrial, of Sarasota, sold their home at 13417 Purple Finch Circle to James and Janet Parker, of Lakewood Ranch, for $308,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,551 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $349,000 in 2003.

River Club South
William Ogdon Jr. and Debra Ogdon, of Bradenton, sold their home at 9968 Cherry Hills Ave. Circle to Mark and Michelle Wellard, of Bradenton, for $505,000. Built in 1997, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,699 square feet of living area.

Stanhope Gate
JPMorgan Chase Bank sold the home at 7031 Stanhope Place to John Reinagel, trustee, of Cordova, Tenn., for $490,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,542 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $950,000 in 2005.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Gregory and Aimee Ackard, of Barrington Hills, Ill., sold their home at 7025 Kingsmill Court to Levon and Kara Akoghlanian, of Medfield, Mass., for $430,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,373 square feet of living area.

Mel Kent and Janet Kent, trustees, of Ontario, Canada, sold the home at 7494 Edenmore St. to James Duncan and Andrea Graham, of Ontario, Canada, for $415,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,997 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $478,500 in 2009.

Heritage Harbour
Zdenek and Alena Gonsiorovska, of Bradenton, sold their home at 8312 River Preserve Drive to William and Faith Tutecky, of Bradenton, for $430,000. Built in 2010, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,657 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 2010.

Richard and Margaret Tumolo sold their home at 8920 Heritage Sound Drive to Brent Morin and Gemma Barclay-Morin, of Bradenton, for $208,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,840 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $269,000 in 2008.

Stone River Gliders LLC sold the home at 7017 Honeysuckle Trail to Michael and Laura Sullivan, of Lakewood Ranch, for $420,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,804 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $432,500 in 2003.

Mill Creek
Daniel Howlands LLC sold the home at 14104 22nd Terrace E. to Victoria Cavey, of Pasadena, Md., for $317,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,006 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $276,000 in July.

Greyhawk Landing
Jason and Faith Lipton, of Bradenton, sold their home at 12558 Cara Cara Loop to Jeff and Alison Love, of Bradenton, for $315,000. Built in 2004, it has five bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,831 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $318,900 in 2004.

Harborage on Braden River
Robert and Elizabeth Yackels, of Bradenton, sold their home at 5514 Duval St. to Lawrence and Sharon Sauer, of W. Sayville, N.Y., for $265,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,108 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 2008.

David and Irene White sold their home at 604 129th St. N.E. to Gregory and Peggy Storey, of Bradenton, for $259,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,184 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $253,500 in 2002.

Alexander Penzik, of Bradenton, and Carly Penzik, of Sarasota, sold their home at 22410 75th Ave. E. to Eugene and Maureen Jablonski, of Lisbon, Conn., for $253,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,319 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $315,000 in 2010.

Lyn Roberts, of Bradenton, sold her home at 8746 49th Terrace E. to Charles and Angela Heck, of Bradenton, for $249,000. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,575 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $385,000 in 2006.

The Club Villas at Palm Aire
Donald and Rebecca Fuchs sold their Unit 15A condominium at 5550 Country Club Way to Olga Felland, of Sarasota, for $242,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,872 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $294,000 in 2005.

Summerfield Village
Anthony Robbins, of Sarasota, sold his home at 6619 Meandering Way to John and Sharon Holz, of Lakewood Ranch, for $230,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,790 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $157,800 in February.

G7 Financial Enterprises LLC sold the home at 11031 Pine Lilly Place to Adam Cole and Faith Peterson, of Lakewood Ranch, for $225,000. Built in 1996, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,000 square feet of living area.

T. Kent Perry Jr. and Kelly Perry, of Sarasota, sold their home at 11917 Whistling Way to Donald and Dorothy Glowacki, of Lakewood Ranch, for $213,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,049 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $213,000 in 2002.

Andrew and Jo Diaczyk, of St. Petersburg, sold their home at 271 Heritage Isles Way to Hallaway Homes LLC for $227,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,505 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $287,700 in 2003.

Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. sold the home at 8235 Planters Knoll Terrace to Advanta IRA Services LLC for $222,500. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,057 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $420,000 in 2005.

Carlyle at the Villages of Palm Aire
Wells Fargo Bank sold the home at 5240 Creekside Trail to Bruce LaRoche and Lee Helwig, of Bloomfield, Conn., for $220,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,196 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $220,400 in 2002.

Diego Rivera and Teresa Leor, of Bradenton, sold their home at 6733 45th Terrace E. to James and Shirley Roche, of Bradenton, for $217,500. Built in 2009, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,261 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $190,600 in 2009.
