The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Aug. 3 and Aug. 10.

A condominium in L’Ambiance at Longboat Key Club tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Charles and Betty Ewing, of McLean, Va., sold their Unit J-404 at 435 L’Ambiance Drive to Donald Zimmerman and Claudia Zimmerman, trustees, of Atlanta, for $1,735,000. Built in 1994, it has two bedrooms, two baths and two half-baths and 2,634 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.45 million in 2001.

Villa Di Lancia
Richard and Mary Nunis, of Orlando, sold their Unit 114 condominium at 2165 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Thomas and Carolyn Tucci, of Rivervale, N.J., for $1,375,000. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 2,448 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,325,000 in 2001.

Sleepy Lagoon Park
Lions Energy Co. LLC sold the home at 604 Lyons Lane to Paul and Joyce Swanson, of Golden, Colo., for $800,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,671 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $998,000 in 2009.

Grand Bay
Irwin and Marcia Becker, of Conshohocken, Pa., sold their Unit 322 condominium at 3030 Grand Bay Blvd. to Richard and Maija Wiste, of Longboat Key, for $760,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,143 square feet of living area.

Sands Point
Sue Mann, of Longboat Key, sold her Unit 319 condominium at 100 Sands Point Road to Jane Renz, trustee, of Lakeland, for $540,000. Built in 1966, it has one bedroom, two baths and 1,492 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $550,000 in 2005.

Westchester
Peter O’Driscoll, of New York, sold his Unit 506 condominium at 4825 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Marie Cowhey, trustee, of Lake Forest, Ill., for $512,750. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,393 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 2002.

The Shore
Jean and Ruth Yadley, Gregory Yadley, and Lawrence and Janet Mendez, of Tampa, sold their Unit 205 condominium at 5757 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Brenda Lee, of Longboat Key, for $487,500. Built in 1973, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,561 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $177,000 in 1989.

Covert
Linda Stewart, trustee, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit 303 condominium at 5231 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Jayne Hasler, trustee, of Chagrin Falls, Ohio, for $390,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 990 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $750,000 in 2005.

ST. ARMANDS
John Ringling Estates
James and Sheila Ewell, of Sarasota, sold their home at 153 N. Adams Drive to Bernard Weiss and Beverly Nero, of Pittsburgh, for $615,000. Built in 1951, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 1,201 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $780,000 in 2005.

Embassy Villas
Edward Foster, of Sarasota, sold his Unit 10 condominium at 800 S. Blvd. of the Presidents to Brandon Isennock and Charles Freeman, of Sarasota, for $236,500. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,090 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $285,000 in 2004.

LIDO KEY
Lido Towers
Raymond Nye, of Boston, sold his Unit 609 condominium at 1001 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Horst Bornkast and Marion Bornkast, trustees, of Sarasota, for $375,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,702 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $188,000 in 1995.
