Manatee County announces fall adult flag football league

The Manatee County Government Parks and Recreation Department has formed a Fall Adult 5-on-5 Flag Football League.

Games will be played on Wednesday evenings, beginning Sept. 5, at G.T. Bray Park, 5502 33rd Ave. Dr. W., Bradenton.

Teams will play eight season games and participate in a single elimination playoff tournament at the end of the season, which is scheduled for November.

Each team is required to provide jerseys, triple threat flag belts and a football. Team entry fees are $325 and an official team roster, which may include up to 10 players, is due upon registration.
