The East Manatee Bulldogs Tiny Mite team opened its season with an 18-18 tie versus the visiting Manatee Wildcats Aug. 25.
Taivon Derisman scored two touchdowns and Isaac Ashley also scored a touchdown. Kevion Wilson, Jared Hendersen and Lucas Caraher led the way defensively for the Bulldogs.
