Country Club East home sells for $799,000

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Aug. 13 and Aug. 17.

A home in Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Minto Communities LLC sold the home at 14810 Secret Harbor Place to Danielle Kozel, trustee, for $799,000. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, four baths, two half-baths, a pool and 3,987 square feet of living area.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Edward Little, of Skaneateles, N.Y., sold his home at 8111 Lone Tree Glen to Daniel Greene and Barbara Leonard, of Chappaqua, N.Y., for $737,500. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,499 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $878,000 in 2005.

Huit and Deidree Whitworth, of Louisville, Ky., sold their home at 7020 Twin Hills Terrace to George Allen and Karen Allen, of Reston, Va., for $485,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,373 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $532,500 in 2010.

Langley Park
Rubert and Cora Cain, trustees, of Bradenton, sold the home at 7031 Langley Place to Benjamin and Roberta Whitten, of Whitefish, Mont., for $620,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,121 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $632,500 in 2003.

Stanhope Gate
James and Charlotte Humphrey sold their home at 7032 Stanhope Place to Joseph and Jennifer Farhat, of University Park, for $550,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 4,200 square feet of living area.

Rosedale Highlands
Edward and Carolyn Pritchett, of Louisville, Ky., sold their home at 5337 97th St. Circle E. to Robert and Marilyn Eisenbeis, of Lakewood Ranch, for $465,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,581 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $590,000 in 2008.

Heathfield
Marilyn McKay, trustee, sold the home at 7639 Heathfield Court to Robert and Maureen Ryan, of Duluth, Minn., for $430,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,339 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $360,000 in 2003.

River Park at Mote Ranch
National Residential Nominee Services Inc. sold the home at 6164 Palomino Circle to Carl and Dolores Bigoney, of University Park, for $340,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,869 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $393,700 in 2004.

Greyhawk Landing
Joseph Zammataro and Debra Zammataro sold their home at 12428 Daisy Place to Brian Hoffman, of Bradenton, for $334,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,125 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $527,900 in 2007.

Gary and Karla Vanderploeg, of Rockford, Mich., sold their home at 115 Caladium Court to Dennis and Diane Fierle, of Bradenton, for $225,000. Built in 2011, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,130 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $228,000 in 2011.

Sandra Villwock, trustee, sold the home at 8731 52nd Ave. E. to Paul and Dianne Reddy, of Massapequa, N.Y., for $300,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 1,985 square feet of living area.

Monica Quarmby, of Sarasota, sold the home at 27920 Crosby Road to Todd and Lisa Henson, of Myakka City, for $290,000. Built in 1989, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,170 square feet of living area.
Miguel and Ruby Correa, of Bradenton, sold their home at 22104 69th Ave. E. to Jennifer Joslyn and Heather Barrentine, of Bradenton, for $280,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,822 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $499,900 in 2006.

Broadmoor Pines
Wells Fargo Bank sold the home at 7828 Broadmoor Pines Blvd. to Colleen Adler, of Sarasota, for $285,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,408 square feet of living area.

Justin and Dominique Craft, of Bradenton, sold their home at 8832 Stone Harbour Loop to Dennis and Catherine Davis, of Newfoundland, Canada, for $230,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,749 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $219,000 in 2009.
