The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Aug. 13 and Aug. 17.
A home on Siesta Beach tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. David Karins and Victoria Karins sold their home at 5040 Commonwealth Drive to Chad and Angela Corbin, of Sarasota, for $1.22 million. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,421 square feet of living area.
Point O’Rocks Terrace
Byran Rose Properties sold the home at 1011 Crescent St. to Four Bees by the Sea LP for $445,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, six baths, a pool and 3,159 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $500,000 in 2000.
Island Reef
Anita Geddes, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 303-F condominium at 8767 Midnight Pass Road to Ronald and Ann Krause, of Sarasota, for $399,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,303 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 2008.
Midnight Cove II
W. Mark and Lori Watson, of Tampa, sold their Unit 710 condominium at 1300 Midnight Cove II Place to Michael Hanley, of Cincinnati, for $285,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, one-and-a-half baths and 860 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $310,000 in 2003.
Siesta Harbor
Ferenc and Veronika Sandt, of Fairview Park, Ohio, sold their Unit 201 condominium at 1250 N. Portofino Drive to Thomas and Beatrice Monaghan, of Ontario, Canada, for $240,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 991 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $280,000 in 2003.
