Three-bedroom Casey Key home sells for $2,925,000

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Nov. 19 and Nov. 23.

A home on Casey Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. 1716 CK LLLP sold the home at 1716 Casey Key Road to Robert and Jennifer Trow, of Nokomis, for $2,925,000. Built in 1965, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,370 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $3.8 million in 2007.

Sondra Fishman, trustee, of Lake, Ill., sold the home at 1885 Bougainvillea St. to Erica Nisenson and Marla Danniels, of Morris Planes, N.J., for $530,000. Built in 1949, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,229 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $440,000 in 2002.

Bay View Heights
Doris Floyd, trustee, and Hugh Floyd sold the home at 2630 Colony Terrace to Jaybe Floyd, trustee, of Great Falls, Mont., for $400,000. Built in 1952, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,736 square feet of living area.

Regency House
Brenda Terris, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 402 condominium at 435 S. Gulfstream Ave. to Joan Feder and Valerie Feder, of Sarasota, for $392,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,304 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $330,000 in 2011.

Francis Lapasso, of Sarasota, sold his home at 1723 Seventh St. to Martin Coles, of Sarasota, for $347,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,900 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $180,600 in 2007.

Steven and Laurie Stark sold their home at 7491 Blaine Way to Barbara Dunn, of Sarasota, for $250,000. Built in 1976, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,990 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $144,000 in 1999.

Michael and Rosalie Hickey, of Sarasota, sold their home at 2807 Coventry Drive to Greg Metzger and Annie Bernstein, of Brooklyn, N.Y., for $229,000. Built in 1976, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,772 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $170,000 in 2001.
