Five-bedroom Lake Club home sells for $1.25 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Nov. 26 and Nov. 30.

A home in Lake Club tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Brookfield Relocation Inc. sold the home at 16318 Foremast Place to Reuben and Sarah Ben-Arie, of Lakewood Ranch, for $1.25 million. Built in 2009, it has five bedrooms, four baths, two half-baths, a pool and 6,068 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,156,300 in 2011.

Pomello Park
Axay and Calice Kalathia, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 20109 79th Ave. E. to Timothy and Lisa Holler, of Bradenton, for $1,092,800. Built in 2004, it has five bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 6,111 square feet of living area.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
John and Beth Bruns, of Webster, N.Y., sold their home at 7815 Derby Court to John Brooks and Katherine Benoit, of Bradenton, for $600,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,674 square feet of living area.

Ruth Cummins, trustee, of Bradenton, sold the home at 7625 Silverwood Court to Paul and Sharon Catalano, of E. Amherst, N.Y., for $500,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,284 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $385,000 in 2010.

James and Kathleen Flora, of Bradenton, sold their home at 7172 Whitemarsh Circle to Ronald Ciamaga and Gracia Faiazza, of Grand Island, N.Y., for $340,000. Built in 2002, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,338 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $414,000 in 2004.

Kenwood Park
John Reinagel, trustee, of Cordova, Tenn., sold the home at 8238 Abringdon Court to Richard and Julianne Schworm, of Bradenton, for $530,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,975 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $490,000 in August.

Bella Sole
Kenneth and Brenda Keating, of Bradenton, sold their home at 4305 Fifth Ave. N.E. to Donald and Virginia Seybold, of Bradenton, for $505,000. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,305 square feet of living area.

River Club South
David and Shana Zamikoff, of Palmetto, sold their home at 9511 Royal Calcutta Place to Richard and Margaret McDonnell, of Bradenton, for $490,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,729 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $677,500 in 2004.

Greyhawk Landing
R. Terry and Maureen Platt, of Bradenton, sold their home at 12528 Natureview Circle to Richard and Linda Biribauer, of Bradenton, for $417,000. Built in 2004, it has five bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,828 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $404,200 in 2004.

Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch
Stirling Equity Group LLC sold the home at 14527 Whitemoss Terrace to Edward and June Taylor, of Hamberg, N.Y., for $400,000. Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,211 square feet of living area.

Edgewater Village
Ronald and Linda Clark, of Bradenton, sold their home at 6602 Tallmast Circle to Michael and Joan Roche, of Bradenton, for $380,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,652 square feet of living area.

Catherine Carrubba, of University Park, sold her home at 13806 Nighthawk Terrace to Robert Carrubba, of Williamsville, N.Y., for $375,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,924 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $365,000 in 2009.

Dominik Teyke, of Sarasota, and Michelle Teyke, of Osprey, sold their home at 14118 Cattle Egret Place to Phillip and Jamie Conway, of Lakewood Ranch, for $300,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,572 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $499,000 in 2006.

D.R. Horton Inc. sold the home at 8107 36th St. E. to Warren and Anne Bell, of Sarasota, for $283,500. Built in 2012, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,566 square feet of living area.

Todd Josephson, trustee, sold the home at 327 River Enclave Court to Jerrell Schimkat, of Fort Pierre, S.D., for $275,000. Built in 2009, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,840 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $269,900 in 2009.

Summerfield Village
Robert and Stacy Rainer sold their home at 6606 Summer Blossom Lane to Douglas and Diane Hay, of Ronkonkoma, N.Y., for $274,000. Built in 1997, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,184 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $262,000 in 2000.

Jacques and Gretchen Panet-Raymond sold their home at 11906 Summer Meadow Drive to Benjamin Johnson LLC for $200,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,575 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $389,000 in 2004.

Mark and Jane Imperiale sold their Unit 703 condominium at 8102 Grand Estuary Trail to Gregory Perona, of Bradenton, for $215,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,428 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $257,200 in 2007.

Bobby Dean, of Sarasota, sold his home at 5411 Napa Drive to John Russo, of Sarasota, for $210,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,818 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $202,000 in 2008.
