Two-bedroom Beaches condo sells for $770,000

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Nov. 26 and Nov. 30.

A condominium in The Beaches of Longboat Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Martin Epstein, trustee, and Sondra Epstein, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 704 condominium at 775 Longboat Club Road to Francoise Janssen, of Longboat Key, for $770,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,602 square feet of living area.

Bay Isles
Terence Walker, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 3260 Bayou Sound to 902567 Ontario Ltd. for $750,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,649 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $875,000 in 2006.

Country Club Shores
Richard and Jacqueline Meckstroth, of Huntington, W.Va., sold their home at 525 Sloop Lane to Daniel Hayes, of Longboat Key, for $730,000. Built in 1962, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,237 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $757,000 in 2009.

William and Grethe Bruckner sold their home at 570 Wedge Lane to John and Patricia Vida, of Longboat Key, for $697,500. Built in 1975, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,248 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $235,000 in 1986.

Bayview Estates
Barbara Sarmiento, trustee, sold the home at 609 Bayview Drive to Donald Bennett and Kime Slatton-Bennett, of Longboat Key, for $480,000. Built in 1980, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,287 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $285,000 in 1991.

Sea Pines
Elaine Sulak, trustee, sold the Unit 24 condominium at 6925 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Diniar Alikhan and Bonnie Weirich, of Tampa, for $403,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,170 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $70,000 in 1978.

Buttonwood Drive
Frank and Margaret Larder, of S. Yarmouth, Mass., sold their home at 601 Buttonwood Drive to Malgorzata Jankowska and Wojciech Kaszubiwski, of Park Ridge, Ill., for $360,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,362 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $279,000 in 2000.

Bay Harbour Apartments
Daniel and Judith Reskow, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 205 condominium at 450 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Ethelene Coleman, of Longboat Key, for $299,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,194 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $166,500 in 1999.

Lido Harbour South
Aimee Caraballo sold her Unit 106 condominium at 2100 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Marjorie Wieseman and Allen Wright, of London, United Kingdom, for $268,900. Built in 1968, it has one bedroom, two baths and 778 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $29,000 in 1969.

Longboat Harbour
William Shelton, of Lexington, Mich., sold his Unit 205 condominium at 4440 Exeter Drive to William Allen, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $245,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 992 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $120,000 in 1995.

Longboat Arms
James and Anita Metz and James and Adele Meyer, of Belvidere, Ill., sold their Unit 102-C condominium at 3320 Gulf of Mexico Drive to John and Elaine Gard, of Newark, Ohio, for $215,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,187 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $105,000 in 1996.
