The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Nov. 26 and Nov. 30.

A home in Mira Mar tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Marek and Grazyna Piekos, of Sarasota, sold their home at 7909 Midnight Pass Road to Stephen Witzer, trustee, of Sarasota, for $1.45 million. Built in 1991, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,872 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.95 million in 2004.

Summer Cove on Siesta
Linda Urow, of Lakewood Ranch, sold her Unit 604C condominium at 1660 Summerhouse Lane to Stephen and Tamara Blowers, of Terrace Park, Ohio, for $1,375,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,490 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.5 million in 2008.

Gulf and Bay Club
Seth Morton, Matthew Morton and Jane Morton Man, of Ocala, sold their Unit 110 condominium at 5760 Midnight Pass Road to Con-Mar Farms LLC for $1.1 million. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,739 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in 1989.

Siesta’s Bayside
Fifth Third Mortgage Co. sold the home at 940 Siesta Key Place to Moetown LLC for $850,000. Built in 1970, it has five bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,451 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $965,000 in 2003.

Sylvia Walters, trustee, of Osprey, sold the home at 765 Siesta Key Circle to Bella Vista Real Estate Limited for $850,000. Built in 1972, it has five bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,446 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $210,000 in 1987.

Casa Blanca
Fanny LLC sold the Unit 104 condominium at 6154 Midnight Pass Road to Edward and Donna Piver, of Sarasota, for $639,000. Built in 1966, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,043 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.23 million in 2005.

Our House at the Beach
John and Charlene Sandberg sold their Unit B-503 condominium at 1055 Beach Road to Daniel Riley and Micheline Daoust, of Quebec, Canada, for $436,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,204 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $623,600 in 2005.

Bay Island
Jane Miles and Jane Phelan, of Easton, Md., sold their home at 3433 Hamilton Ave. to Robert and Kim Greiner, of Sarasota, for $430,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,444 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $195,000 in 1996.

Island Reef
Dennis and Christine Aster, trustees, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their Unit C504 condominium at 8776 Midnight Pass Road to Beth Gillespie, trustee, of Ontario, Canada, for $430,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,338 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $370,000 in 2000.

Sarasota Beach
Blue Mountain Homes LLC sold the home at 645 Avenida De Mayo to Randall Reinke, of Minnetonka, Minn., for $402,500. Built in 1952, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,917 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $225,500 in October.

Point O’Rocks Terrace
Burmah Smith FLP Ltd. sold the home at 1119 Crescent St. to Upscale Vacation Rentals LLC for $359,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, four baths and 1,785 square feet of living area.

Paul and Rosemary Capobianco, of Slate Hill, N.Y., sold their home at 1123 Crescent St. to Upscale Vacation Rentals LLC for $359,000. Built in 1968, it has four bedrooms, two baths, two half-baths and 1,708 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $147,100 in 2000.

La Siesta
Fannie Mae sold the Unit 101 condominium at 901 Beach Road to Predrag Lazie, of S. Lyon, Mich., for $335,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 940 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $407,800 in August.

Crescent Royale
Mary Minsel, trustee, sold the Unit 508 condominium at 757 Beach Road to Carl and Elaine Sian, of Sarasota, for $325,000. Built in 1970, it has one bedroom, one bath and 816 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $150,000 in 1996.

Siesta Shores
Suncastle Properties LLC sold the Unit 15 condominium at 417 Beach Road to Thomas Frascone Jr., of Sarasota, for $205,000. Built in 1955, it has one bedroom, one bath and 544 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $64,000 in 1991.
