White chocolate, fig and balsamic vinegar may sound like an obscure combination. Now, blend it all together and turn it into a popsicle, and you have the ultimate Pop Craft creation. This is not the Good Humor kind of strawberry shortcake pop here, nor is it a mere fruit pop---we are talking culinary frozen artistry here. It might sound intimidating, but so did things like vanilla bean crème anglaise or jalapeño cucumber margaritas before the new age of food hit our palates. These frozen suckers are “crafty” indeed.
