Three Country Club Village sales top transactions

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Dec. 3 and Dec. 7.

The top three transactions in this week’s real estate were located in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch. Richard Hoff, trustee, sold the home at 7008 Portmarnock Place to Bradley and Rene Moyer, of Lakewood Ranch, for $880,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,131 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.2 million in 2008.

Irwin and Sandra Livon, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7308 Desert Ridge Glen to Stephen and Nancy Mayer, of Springfield, Ill., for $665,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,492 square feet of living area.

Maurice and Ellen Echales, of Sarasota, sold their home at 7621 Silverwood Court to Linda Urow, of Bradenton, for $575,000. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,631 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $538,500 in 2010.

Virginia Water
Jose and Escolastica Correia, of Bradenton, sold their home at 6508 Virginia Crossing to Linda Chenoweth, trustee, of University Park, for $550,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,354 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $575,000 in 2005.

Treymore at the Village of Palm-Aire
Frank and Kathleen Kucer, of Bethlehem, Pa., sold their home at 7031 Treymore Court to Gary and Karen Shorts, of Sarasota, for $525,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,514 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $500,000 in 2010.

Waterbury Grapefruit
Jose and Karen Nunez-Gomez, of Bradenton, sold their home at 2426 222nd St. E. to William H. Harris Revocable Trust for $485,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, four-and-two-half baths and 4,856 square feet of living area.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Kenton Frederic sold his home at 7470 Edenmore St. to ALS-V-CCG LLC for $474,300. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,883 square feet of living area.

Central Park
Lee Wetherington Homes LLC sold the home at 4809 Great Park Blvd. to David and Debra Condrack, of Bradenton, for $460,000. Built in 2011, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 2,959 square feet of living area.

Rye Wilderness Estates
Deborah Amato, of Middletown, N.J., sold her home at 17112 First Drive E. to Marcus and Therese Von der Hofen, of Bradenton, for $450,000. Built in 2009, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,727 square feet of living area.

A. Rene Bartholomew, of Bradenton, sold the home at 16814 Fifth Terrace N.E. to Elliott and Deborah Onstine, of Lakewood Ranch, for $325,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,740 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $439,500 in 2005.

Greenbrook Village
Robert and Meredith Pladl, of Plymouth, Minn., sold their home at 14414 Sundial Place to Michael and Tara Stonebridge, of Lakewood Ranch, for $442,500. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,048 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $525,000 in 2008.

Sue Walberer sold her home at 13822 Nighthawk Terrace to Mark and Leslee Odell, of Lakewood Ranch, for $275,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,169 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $314,000 in 2003.

Lennox Gardens
Jeffrey Balkin, trustee, of Chesterfield, Mo., sold the home at 7007 Lennox Place to Alfred and Gail Snyder, of Dedham, Mass., for $400,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,226 square feet of living area.

Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch
David and Ruth Rost, trustees, of Miami, sold the home at 14535 Whitemoss Terrace to Deborah Shannon, of Alexandria, Va., for $388,000. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,176 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $354,500 in 2011.

Watercrest
Michael and Marilyn Kaufman, of Boswell, Pa., sold their Unit 301 condominium at 6482 Watercrest Way to Vance and Edith Huffman, of Woodinville, Wash., for $380,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,134 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $259,900 in 2009.

Carlyle at the Villages of Palm-Aire
Leonard and Lucinda Skoglund sold their home at 5194 Creekside Trail to Ronald Levere and Barbara Stebbins, of Sarasota, for $375,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,564 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $413,000 in 2005.

Kenneth and Margaret Cote sold their home at 5147 Creekside Trail to Alessio and Arlene Evengelista, fo Seneca Falls, N.Y., for $268,500. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,742 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $196,300 in 2001.

Munro and Jeanette Sherrill, of Bradenton, sold their home at 5810 Carriage Drive to Richard Pisacano, of Bridgehampton, N.Y., for $265,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,699 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $169,900 in 2010.

Jack Wakely and Diana Trendell, trustee, sold the home at 8905 Heritage Sound Drive to Lido Key Management Consultants LLC for $220,000. Built in 2008, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,874 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $250,000 in 2008.

Stephen and Judy Kersten, of Waukesha, Wis., sold their home at 328 River Enclave Court to Lido Key Management Consultants LLC for $212,000. Built in 2009, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,840 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $209,400 in 2009.

George and Gayleen Ousley sold their home at 9004 Hammock Edge Place to Lido Key Management Consultants LLC for $210,000. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,834 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $213,900 in 2011.
