Cherokee Park home sells for $3,275,000

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Dec. 3 and Dec. 7.

A home in Cherokee Park tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Randolph and Isabel Norton, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1500 N. Drive to Marcia Litton, trustee, of Fort Wayne, Ind., for $3,275,000. Built in 1975, it has four bedrooms, six baths, a pool and 3,571 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 1985.

SARASOTA
Paradise Shores
The Northern Trust Co., trustee, sold the home at 2124 Sparrow Court to John and Krista Moor, of Sarasota, for $2.7 million. Built in 2001, it has five bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 4,821 square feet of living area.

Hudson Crossing
George Robinson, Geraldine Robinson, Simon Robinson, Sarah Stout and Jamie Robinson sold their Unit 3B condominium at 888 S. Orange Ave. to Robert Yamartino and Maxine Sclar, of Portland, Maine, for $1.2 million. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,511 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,642,400 in 2007.

Aqualine Estates
Fred and Arlene Lansky, of Bradenton, sold their home at 1520 Shelburne Lane to Paul and Jennifer Hudson, of Osprey, for $720,000. Built in 1959, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,918 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,000 in 1994.

Golden Gate Point
Emil and Deborah Goetschi, trustees, and Zachary Goetschi sold the home at 531 Golden Gate Point to Sarasota Golden Gate Point LLC for $600,000. Built in 1945, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,058 square feet of living area.

Granada
Brandy Land Co. LLC sold the home at 3511 Palonia Court to Kees and Vera Davison, of Dublin, Ireland, for $539,000. Built in 1954, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,314 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $420,000 in 2004.

Desota Park
Ramsey Frangie, of Sarasota, sold his home at 1836 Clematis St. to Louis and Barbara DuTreil, of Sarasota, for $417,000. Built in 1948, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,595 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $405,000 in 2007.

One Hundred Central
Gary and Sandra Cristiano sold their Unit A-304 condominium at 100 Central Ave. to Salvatore and Gwen Cantarella for $390,000. Built in 2005, it has one bedroom, two baths and 991 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $470,000 in 2006.

Ringling Park
Jack Taylor, of Sarasota, sold his home at 2506 Ringling Blvd. to Dale Montgomery and Lewis Core, of Sarasota, for $348,700. Built in 1954, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,195 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $234,000 in 2002.

Broadway Promenade
Erik Lieberman, of Venice, sold his Unit 1613 condominium at 1064 N. Tamiami Trail to William and Mary Keller, of Sarver, Pa., for $265,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,475 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $195,800 in 2011.

Gulf Gate East
Agatha Theunissen, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 6932 Easton Way to Deborah Gracie-Smith, of Ontario, Canada, for $260,000. Built in 1983, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,784 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $163,500 in 1995.

The Landings Carriagehouse
Earl and Agnes Morgoch, trustees, of Stow, Ohio, sold the Unit 40 condominium at 1738 Landings Blvd. to Roderick Ellis, trustee, of Sarasota, for $252,500. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,440 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $124,000 in 1982.

Corwood
Mark Moss, of Glendale, Ariz., sold his home at 577 Corwood Drive to Mark and Alicia Bolduc, of Sarasota, for $251,400. Built in 1967, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,450 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $542,000 in 2005.

South Side Park
Paul and Leigh Burch, of Sarasota, sold their home at 2735 Central Park Drive to Irwin and Montana Taplinger, of Sarasota, for $250,000. Built in 1953, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,808 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $189,500 in 2004.

Poinsettia Park
Donald and Jo Ann Padgett sold their home at 1881 Magnolia St. to James Perry III, of Sarasota, for $245,000. Built in 1951, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,072 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $147,000 in 1999.

South Gate
Mission Property Partners LLC sold the home at 3385 Rose St. to Bob Beaty Jr., of Charlotte, N.C., for $242,000. Built in 1974, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,430 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $174,000 in August.

Sarasota-Venice Co.
Elaine Laurent, of Sarasota, sold her home at 5680 Blount Ave. to Ann Mitchell, of Sarasota, for $230,000. Built in 1977, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,177 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,000 in 2005.

Village Green Club Estates
Joel Jebb and Stephanie Jebb Barclift sold their home at 3335 Sheffield Circle to Jesse and Catherine Cocozza, of Sarasota, for $225,000. Built in 1972, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,099 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $129,000 in 1999.

Bjorn and Mary Anneren sold their home at 69 Bay Head Lane to Jay Rosenberg, of Osprey, for $464,500. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 2,680 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $655,000 in 2005.

U.S. Bank, trustee, sold the home at 452 Blue Garden Lane to Wanda Patterson, of Baldwin, N.Y., for $405,900. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,910 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $894,000 in 2005.

Isles of Sarasota
Jack and Mona Stromer, of Ashland, Ore., sold their home at 5978 Roseto Place to Bonnie Myer, of Sarasota, for $334,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,008 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $353,000 in 2008.

Joseph Alberti, of Henrietta, N.Y., sold his home at 5926 Guarino Drive to John Smith and Belle Conover, of Sarasota, for $289,900. Built in 2011, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,549 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $269,600 in 2011.

Buccaneer Bay
Kim Bachert, of Sarasota, sold the home at 1843 Buccaneer Court to Robert and Patricia Lodge, of Islamorada, for $305,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,093 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $187,000 in April.

Willowbend
Willowbend Community Association Inc. sold the home at 1227 Chalet Court to Henry and Barbara Fagerskog, of Osprey, for $299,900. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,272 square feet of living area.

Villa Mirada
Jerry and Ladye Frances, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 32 and 33 condominiums at 4634 Mirada Way to Stanley Newmark, trustee, of Sarasota, for $276,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 3,199 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in 1993.

Central Park
Phillip and Sharon Semmer, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 212 condominium at 835 Osprey Ave. to Gillian Ross, of Annapolis, Md., for $239,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,260 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $192,000 in 2004.

NOKOMIS
Mission Estates
Arthur and Linda Adderley, trustees, of Venice, sold the home at 2325 Sonoma Drive to Gordon and Arlene Okawa, of Nokomis, for $370,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,743 square feet of living area.

Calusa Lakes
Donaldson Carrier LLC sold the home at 2012 Tocobaga Lane to Teresa Toole, of Nokomis, for $358,900. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,575 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2003.
