River Club homes top weekly sales out east

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Jan. 16 and Jan. 20.

Two homes in River Club South top all transactions in this week’s real estate. John and Debora Lamanna sold their home at 9616 Royal Calcutta Place to Jerry and Lisle Ogle, Bradenton, for $547,300. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,580 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $525,000 in 2003.

Dale and Linda Martell, Sun City Center, sold their home at 10619 Cheval Place to Allen Brown, trustee, Sarasota, for $459,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,886 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $635,000 in 2007.

Greenbrook Village
David and Patricia Nark, Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 13401 Brown Thrasher Pike to Brian and Gina Andersen, Bradenton, for $437,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,635 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $460,000 in 2009.

Robert Chiossi and Carole Chiossi, of Pompton Plains, N.J., sold their home at 13376 Purple Finch Circle to Scott and Rachele Hamende, Bradenton, for $300,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,458 square feet of living area.

Angel Ontiveros and Ivonne Mora sold their home at 6109 Ninth Ave. Circle N.E. to William and Donna Barrineau, Bradenton, for $430,000. Built in 2004, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,486 square feet of living area. It sold for $550,000 in 2008.

Watercrest
A. William and Kathleen Drinkwater, Windemere, sold their Unit 301 condominium at 6422 Watercrest Way to Richard and Therese Reskow, Lakewood Ranch, for $407,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,376 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $607,300 in 2005.
Gerald and Linda Milkovich sold their Unit 402 condominium at 6380 Watercrest Way to Michael and Crystal Andaloro, of Brookfield, Wis., for $327,500. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,376 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $567,600 in 2005.

St. James Park
Manfred Wilke sold the home at 6608 St. James Crossing to Iain and Gillian Wallace, of Perthshire, Scotland, for $390,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,553 square feet of living area. It sold for $495,000 in 2011.

Country Club at Lakewood Ranch
William and Deborah Hansmann sold their home at 7192 Whitemarsh Circle to John Lamanna and Debora McGraw-Lamanna, Bradenton, for $320,000. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,070 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $370,000 in 2010.

Richard and Karleen Declemente, Palm Beach, sold their home at 306 Snapdragon Loop to Jeffrey and Julie Cohen, Bradenton, for $310,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,675 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $497,600 in 2005.

Jessica and John Gettle, Sarasota, sold the home at 24805 83rd Ave. E. to Benjiman Boydstun and Susan Sheahan for $305,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths and 2,691 square feet of living area. It sold for $665,000 in 2006.

Mote Ranch
Kevin and Melanie Rawlings, Tallevast, sold the home at 6828 Coyote Ridge Court to Robert Sichta and Pia Gallo-Rada Sichta, University Park, for $301,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, and 2,357 square feet of living area. It sold for $313,200 in 2002.

Thang Van le and Lan Than, of Greenwood Village, Colo., sold their home at 6988 74th St. Circle E. to Kosta and Mary Maravelas, of Lindenhurst, Ill., for $285,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,011 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $589,800 in 2006.

River Club South
Marcia Michaels, of Bryn Mawr, Pa., sold her home at 10234 Silverado Circle to George and Sandra Lawless, Bradenton, for $258,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,944 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $245,000 in 2010.

Miramar Links at Lakewood Ranch II
Miramar at Lakewood Ranch LLC sold the Unit 55 condominium at to Carole Chiossi, Bradenton, for $248,000. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths and 2,262 square feet of living area.

Riverdale Revised
Kathleen Natraino and Valorie Taylor, Bradenton, sold their home at 311 Americas Cup Blvd. to Gary and Roxane Kerr, of Herndon, Va., for $226,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,061 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $269,000 in 2002.

Mote Ranch Village I
Robert and Anna Bever, Sarasota, sold their home at 5725 Carriage Drive to Ronald Lee, Sarasota, for $220,000. Built in 1992, it has four bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,454 square feet of living area.

Arthur McGuire sold his home at 6215 18th Ave. E. to Rickey Guilford, Bradenton, for $220,000. Built in 1973, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,464 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $90,000 in 1989.

Elizabeth Keymont, Bradenton, sold her home at 9014 Heritage Sound Drive to Carolyn Wethington, of Maineville, Ohio, for $215,000. Built in 2008, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,880 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $285,000 in 2008.

D.R. Horton Inc. sold the home at 9004 31st Court E. to Susan Grossman, Parrish, for $235,000. Built in 2011, it has five bedrooms, four baths and 2,735 square feet of living area.
