Three-bedroom Vizcaya condo sells for $2.1 million

Glenn and Jacqueline Tilton, Chicago, sold their Unit 2E4 condominium at Vizcaya, 2377 Gulf of Mexico Drive, to Gavriel and Catherine Salvendy, Longboat Key, for $2.1 million. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,990 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.2 million in 2004.

This week’s residential real-estate transactions took place Jan. 16 to Jan. 20. Of this week’s eight sales, two were for more than $1 million.

The Water Club I at Longboat Key
Harry Eisenberg, trustee, Longboat Key, sold the Unit PH06 condominium at 1241 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Allan and Alisa Klinger, of Dix Hills, N.Y., for $1.15 million. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 2,650 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.2 million in 2003.

Emerald Pointe North
Linda and Frank Bingman, trustees, Naples, sold the Unit 6 condominium at 2063 Harbour Links Drive to Kenneth and Kerry Gorman, Longboat Key, for $925,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,056 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $616,300 in 2000.

Harbour Oaks at Longboat Key Club
Sally Wallace, trustee, sold the Unit 1101 condominium at 2105 Harbourside Drive to Russell and Hilary Peterson, Longboat Key, for $495,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,219 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $750,000 in 2006.

Fairway Bay
Louise Skelly, of Franklin Lakes, N.J., sold the Unit 1001 condominium at 1920 Harbourside Drive to Charles Nechtem, Longboat Key, for $430,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,097 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $340,000 in 1996.

Birgit and Ronald Berry, Longboat Key, sold their Unit 251 condominium at 1932 Harbourside Drive to Robert and Theresa Greger, St. Louis, for $390,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,442 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $520,000 in 2005.

Beach Harbor Club
John and Stephanie Kleba and William and Julie Mattas, of Elburn, Ill., sold their Unit A-201 condominium at 3802 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Gregory and Mary Phillippe, of Covington, Ky., for $270,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,133 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $399,900 in 2004.

Whitney Beach
Marvin Spadafora sold his Unit 104 condominium at 6700 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Mark and Michelle Alexander, of Tipp City, Ohio, for $240,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,161 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $212,000 in 2001.
