Emerald Point North condo sells for $912,000

Martha Martell, trustee, and Edward Martell, Longboat Key, sold the Unit 3 condominium at 2069 Harbour Links Drive to James and Jane Spencer, Longboat Key, for $912,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three baths and two half-baths and 2,707 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $565,300 in 1999.

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Jan. 20 and Jan. 27. Of this week’s 10 transactions, eight took place on Longboat Key with one each on Bird Key and Lido Key.

Longboat Key Towers
Izabela Wdowiak-Jazownik, New York, sold the Unit 1102-S condominium at 601 Longboat Club Road to Matthew and Cathleen Kennedy, of Fishers, Ind., for $870,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,458 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.2 million in 2007.

Country Club Shores
Mark and Danuta Jozefowicz, Bradenton, sold their home at 525 Hornblower Lane to Gerald and Katherine Lindaman, of Cumming, Ga., for $844,000. Built in 1972, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,435 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $195,000 in 2008.

Seaplace V
Patricia Treiber, of Hartland, Wis., sold her Unit M2-412 condominium at 1945 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Richard and Cathleen Beyrer, of Mahopac, N.Y., for $650,000. Built in 1978, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,532 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $167,800 in 1979.

Bay Harbour Apartments
Derek Elder, of Forsyth, Ga., sold the Unit 304 condominium at 448 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Robert Smith and Carol Smith, trustees, Palm Harbor, for $350,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,194 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $500,000 in 2006.

Seagull Longbeach
Timothy and Sandra Perkins, of Princeton, N.J., sold their Unit 22 condominium at 7115 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Donald Telaak, of Hamburg, N.Y., for $270,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,170 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $220,000 in 1999.

Longboat Harbour
Craig Hough, of West Chester, Pa., sold the Unit 305 condominium at 4410 Exeter Drive to Barbara Bellamente, of Mount Arlington, N.J., for $260,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 992 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $210,000 in 2009.

Christiana Smith, trustee, of Worthington, Ohio, sold the Unit 107 condominium at 4400 Exeter Drive to Gerald and Judith Aakeberg, Winter Springs, for $220,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 992 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $127,000 in 1998.

Bird Key
Lillian Sheridan, Bradenton, sold her home at 568 Bird Key Drive to John and Anita Laurie, Sarasota, for $505,000. Built in 1965, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,093 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $372,500 in 2000.

Lido Towers
Richard and Barbara Mangrich, Winter Park, sold their Unit 405 condominium at 1001 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Michael and Karen Wagner, of Nappanee, Ind., for $300,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,224 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $386,700 in 2008.
