Verna Bethany home tops weekly transactions

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Jan. 23 and Jan. 27.

A home on Verna Bethany Road tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. David and Lisa Johnson sold their home at 6540 Verna Bethany Road to Bankunited for $500,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 4,032 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $579,000 in 2004.

River Club North
Ralph and Christine Putnam, Bradenton, sold their home at 6518 Spyglass Lane to Joshua and Laura Colkmire, Port St. Lucie, for $435,000. Built in 1994, it has five bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,046 square feet of living area.

Lyn and Steven Pimlott, Bradenton, sold their home at 10314 Baltusrol Place to Robert Fraulo, Bradenton, for $385,000. Built in 1993, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,098 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $685,500 in 2006.

Watercrest
Joseph Reichner, of Carlsbad, Calif., sold his Unit 202 condominium at 6380 Watercrest Way to 1323786 Ontario Inc. for $405,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,376 square feet of living area. It sold for $556,300 in 2005.

Pomello Park
Anne Thomas, Sarasota, sold her home at 22005 71st Ave. E. to Brian Purser, Bradenton, for $380,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths and 3,096 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $262,000 in 2010.

River Club South
Ronald and Jacquelyn King sold their home at 10144 Cherry Hills Ave. Circle to Jeremiah and Megan Schroeder, Bradenton, for $365,000. Built in 1998, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,102 square feet of living area.

Bank of America, N.A., sold the home at 7309 Pine Valley St. to Richard and Lynn Geyer, of Springboro, Ohio, for $309,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,001 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $494,500 in 2003.

Scott and Debra Pattinson, Sarasota, sold their home at 7511 Pine Valley St. to James and Debbie Repass, Bradenton, for $280,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,187 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $622,000 in 2006.

Nicholas and Sharon Luman sold their home at 14709 Second Ave. Circle N.E. to Thomas Magnus, Bradenton, for $349,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,538 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,000 in 2007.

Robert and Bonnie O’Connell, of Washington, Utah, sold their home at 7739 U.S. Open Loop to Richard and Ericka Minniti, Bradenton, for $330,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,290 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 2004.

John White, trustee, Sarasota, sold the home at 7432 Sea Island Lane to Steven and Nancy Bell, University Park, for $260,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,186 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $309,000 in 2004.

Douglas and Holly Sherman, Hobe Sound, sold their home at 6002 95th St. Circle E. to Tracey Punzone and Andrew Leckie, Bradenton, for $257,000. Built in 1985, it has five bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,267 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $145,000 in 1991.

Mill Creek
John and Sonya Pursell, Apopka, sold their home at 13602 Second Ave. N.E. to Edward and Marnie Whitehead, Bradenton, for $250,000. Built in 1997, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,974 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $402,000 in 2005.

Donald Ritchie sold his home at 6523 28th Ave. E. to Clifford and Lili Shields, Bradenton, for $215,000. Built in 1995, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,725 square feet of living area.

Shannon Martel, Bradenton, sold her home at 15422 Mulholland Road to Mark and Alison Beam, Parrish, for $285,000. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,755 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $90,000 in 2010.
