Tower Residences unit sells for $950,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Jan. 20 and Jan. 27.

A condominium in The Tower Residences tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Aurora Loan Services LLC sold the Unit 1506 condominium at 35 Watergate Drive to Selene RMOF II REO Acquisition II LLC for $950,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,799 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.9 million in 2007.

SARASOTA
The Cloisters at the Landings
Burton and Judith Rudman, of Albany, Calif., sold their home at 1403 Cedar Bay Lane to Fred and Judith Hollingsworth, Sarasota, for $700,000. Built in 1991, it has five bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,559 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $312,700 in 2009.

Cherokee Park
Ronald and Rebecca Norman sold their home at 1621 South Drive to Richard and Amy Buck, Sarasota, for $675,000. Built in 1957, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 1,678 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $72,000 in 2007.

Morton Terrace
Richard Ulrich and Nancy Wachendorf, Sarasota, sold their home at 1654 Prospect St. to Daniel Butturini and Carol Malinowski, of Ridgefield, Conn., for $420,000. Built in 1925, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,635 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $82,400 in 1989.

Bay Point Condominium Apartments
Harriet Cooksey and Katheryne Moriarty, trustees, Sarasota, sold the Unit 21 condominium at 350 Golden Gate Point to Nancy and Christopher Winship, of Chestnut Hill, Mass., for $380,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,612 square feet of living area.

Shoreland Woods
David Johnson and Kinga Huse, Sarasota, sold their home at 1766 Shoreland Drive to Wayne and Nancy Sault, Sarasota, for $280,000. Built in 1952, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,480 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $337,000 in 2003.

Sorrento Shores
Samuel and Jenifer Holland, Osprey, sold their home at 357 S. Shore Drive to Julie Carlisle-Kane and Timothy Kane, of Elkader, Iowa, for $450,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,638 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $185,000 in 1996.

Willowbend
Theodore and Ethna Wishnie, Sarasota, sold their home at 521 Habitat Blvd. to Elizabeth Barling, Osprey, for $365,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,284 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 2008.

Turtle Rock
John and Georgia Hudson, Sarasota, sold their home at 4796 Sweetmeadow Circle to Frank and Adelaide Reda, of Middletown, N.J., for $300,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,277 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $530,000 in 2006.

Isles of Sarasota
Paul and Judy Schur, Delray Beach, sold their home at 5977 Roseto Place to Anne Thomas, Sarasota, for $299,900. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,008 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $348,000 in 2008.

DiVosta Homes LP sold the home at 5923 Guarino Drive to Louis Pouliquen, of Annapolis, Md., for $225,000. Built in 2011, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,549 square feet of living area.

Southbay Yacht and Racquet Club
Ruth Carlile, Venice, sold her home at 117 Lookout Point Drive to Stephen and Mary Polek, Osprey, for $262,500. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,100 square feet of living area.

Cheyenne Street
Dora Signorella, Stuart, sold her home at 1724 Cheyenne St. to Michael Kelly, Sarasota, for $236,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,506 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $25,000 in 1985.

Bayview Homes I
Louis and Irene Egyed, Sarasota, sold their Unit 305 condominium at 5400 Eagles Point Circle to Arthur Lumb Jr., Sarasota, for $220,000. Built in 1990, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,695 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $325,500 in 2003.

Savannah at Turtle Rock
William O’Connor and Karen Blondin, Sarasota, sold their home at 8336 Canary Palm Court to Judith Bell, Sarasota, for $205,000. Built in 1998, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,698 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $181,000 in 2011.

NOKOMIS
Mission Valley Estates
John and Christy Jensen, Nokomis, sold their home at 1740 Mackintosh Blvd. to Kevin and Carla Onofrio, Nokomis, for $580,000. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,793 square feet of living area.
