River Club home tops week's sales at $480,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Jan. 30 and Feb. 3.

A home in River Club South tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Thomas and Denise Hartnett, Bradenton, sold their home at 9992 Cherry Hills Ave. Circle to Donald and Janice Doede, of Orland Park, Ill., for $480,000. Built in 1997, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,919 square feet of living area.

Preserve at Panther Ridge
John and Ivy Boehm, of Marshfield, Mass., sold their home at 22704 Night Heron Way to Thomas and Rashelle Cirigliano, Lakewood Ranch, for $475,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,358 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $525,000 in 2011.

Kenneth and Patricia Sisson, Bradenton, sold their home at 22707 Night Heron Way to Kevin and Melanie Rawlings, Bradenton, for $467,500. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,601 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $447,000 in 2003.

River Club South
Janet Thomas, trustee, and P. Adam Thomas, Sarasota, sold the home at 7516 Conventry Court to Joshua and Stephanie McCoy, Lakewood Ranch, for $475,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,653 square feet of living area.

River Club North
Arthur and Denise Gross sold their home at 6405 Glen Abbey Lane to Mark and Ann Puleo, of Middletown, R.I., for $425,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 3,161 square feet of living area.

Heritage Harbour
Stacy Haas and Steven Goodwin, Bradenton, sold their home at 7404 Heritage Grand Place to Michel and Sylvie Haski, of Chemin De Plantaz, Switzerland, for $413,000. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,672 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2010.
Michael and Patricia Bryant, of Lenexa, Kan., sold their home at 9105 Heritage Sound Drive to Wayne Faulkner Jr. and David Devries, trustee, Bradenton, for $244,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,880 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $287,000 in 2008.

Stoneybrook at Heritage Harbour
Doris Fusco sold her home at 7688 Camden Harbour Drive to Letha Schroeder and Sheila Kent, Bradenton, for $350,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,870 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $405,800 in 2004.

Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch
Stirling Equity Group LLC sold the home at to Pierre and Nancy Menard, Bradenton, for $298,200. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,845 square feet of living area.

Country Club of Lakewood Ranch
David Toole and Donna Dorn, Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 12021 Thornhill Court to Anton and Susan Gotlieb, Lakewood Ranch, for $290,000. Built in 2011, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,592 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $275,000 in 2011.

Hidden Meadows
Gary and Karen Arndt sold their home at 6605 28th Ave. E. to Steven and Jennifer Hargis, Bradenton, for $280,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,866 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $212,000 in 2000.

Waterbury Grapefruit Tract
Robert and Christine Waldron, Myakka City, sold their home at 3105 244th Court E. to Ian Fairweather, Riverview, for $265,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,558 square feet of living area.

Donald Burton II, Sarasota, sold his home at 5103 257th St. E. to Brian Oeller and Shannon Padgett, Myakka City, for $226,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,936 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $228,000 in 2007.

Old Florida Investments Homes LLC sold the home at 15724 Butterfish Place to Joshua and Rachel Batey, Palmetto, for $250,000. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,641 square feet of living area.

Sabal Harbour
Walter and Sarojini Hayne, Sanford, sold their home at 4538 Egmont Drive to Terry Rainone, Bradenton, for $224,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,528 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $358,000 in 2004.

Mill Creek
Fannie Mae sold the home at 13608 Third Ave. N.E. to Alex and Kim Anderson, Bradenton, for $215,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths and 2,966 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $410,000 in 2007.

River Place
OWB REO LLC sold the home at 6915 74th St. Circle E. to Jose and Diana Valencia, of Englewood, N.J., for $207,500. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths and 2,930 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $384,600 in 2005.

GreyHawk Landing
Bank of America, N.A., sold the home at 12371 Lavender Loop to Richard and Mary Bush, Bradenton, for $205,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,230 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $464,500 in 2005.

Braden Woods
Michael and Kathy Smith, Sebring, sold their home at 6020 91st St. E. to Jerome and Rebecca Dalton, Bradenton, for $201,500. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,724 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $313,000 in 2007.
