Main Residential condo tops weekly transactions

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Jan. 30 and Feb. 3.

A condominium in 1350 Main Residential tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Dean and Uretha Seavers, Pinecrest, sold their Unit 1604 condominium at 1350 Main St. to Ronald and Catherine Fox, of Oak Park, Ill., for $1,437,500. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths and 3,208 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.75 million in 2007.

Of this week’s 26 transactions, two were for $1 million or more.

SARASOTA
Desota Park
Paul Brannan and Heidi Anderson, Sarasota, sold their home at 1930 Wisteria St. to Deborah Nethery, Sarasota, for $815,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,060 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $750,000 in 2008.

Granada
Renee Balogh, Sarasota, sold her home at 3838 Flores Ave. to Robert Gershen and Debra Kaye, of Longmeadow, Mass., for $790,000. Built in 2000, it has six bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 2,408 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $775,000 in 2011.

The Landings
Peter and Lisa Jensen, Sarasota, sold their home at 1625 Landings Blvd. to Samuel and Blair Williamson, Sarasota, for $689,000. Built in 1985, it has four bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,208 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $650,000 in 2004.

Sapphire Shores
Vinland Holdings Inc. sold the home at 4844 Brywill Circle to Theodore and Phyllis Guthrie, Sarasota, for $637,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, four baths and 2,672 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $250,000 in 2010.

Mandarin Park
Rick and Christine Cremer, Sarasota, sold their home at 1368 Tea Rose Place to Ingrid Valtin-Kern, Sarasota, for $309,000. Built in 1999, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,542 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $495,000 in 2006.

Lewis Combs
Nina Kor and Elena Kor-Hoffmann, Sarasota, sold their home at 1645 Hawthorne St. to Leslie Gray, Sarasota, for $295,00. Built in 1952, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,498 square feet of living area.

Embassy House
Michael Witkin, trustee, of Davidson, N.C., sold the Unit 402 condominium at 770 S. Palm Ave. to Theodor Schuchat, Sarasota, for $289,400. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,284 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $60,000 in 1976.

Burns Realty
Charing Bostic, Sarasota, sold her home at 1678 Cherry Lane to Lee Tuck, Sarasota, for $276,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,910 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $540,000 in 2005.

Russell Miller, of Fishers, Ind., sold his Unit 9 condominium at 522 Golden Gate Point to Diena Brandlein, trustee, of Rockford, Ill., for $270,000. Built in 1948, it has one bedroom, one bath and 589 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $50,000 in 1983.

South Gate
Andrews LLC sold the home at 2451 Goldenrod St. to Mark Cabang, Sarasota, for $227,000. Built in 1955, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,703 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $230,000 in 2004.

Wellington Chase
Aaron and Evelyn Squires, Sarasota, sold their home at 5017 Sturbridge Court to William and Marilyn Deorio, of Salisburg, Mass., for $210,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,144 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $328,500 in 2007.

Gulf Gate Woods
Kazan Inc. sold the home at 7488 Blaine Way to Marijke Knipscheer, trustee, Sarasota, for $200,000. Built in 1972, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,800 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $102,000 in 2011.

Kevin Cowser and Jeffrey Cowser, Co-Guardians, of New Canaan, Conn., sold the home at 4133 Losillias Drive to Charles and Barbara Elliott, Sarasota, for $418,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,924 square feet of living area.

Country Club of Sarasota
Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, trustee, sold the home at 3953 Prairie Dunes Drive to Clarence Bush for $295,000. Built in 1985, it has five bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,182 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $435,000 in 2003.

Villagewalk
Bernard and Beverly Rosenthal, Sarasota, sold their home at 5803 Ivrea Drive to Robert and Patricia Veverka, of Bayonne, N.J., for $241,000. Built in 2002, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,693 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $198,000 in 2002.

Isles of Sarasota
DiVosta Homes LP sold the home at 5919 Guarino Drive to Mark Soussou, Sarasota, for $228,100. Built in 2011, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,549 square feet of living area.

Savannah at Turtle Rock
Elizabeth Pease, Pompano, sold her home at 5022 Hanging Moss Lane to George and Carol Pruette, of Lexington, Ky., for $220,000. Built in 1997, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,647 square feet of living area.

OSPREY
Coral Cove
Marvin and Kathryn Kaplan, Sarasota, sold their home at 7350 Periwinkle Drive to Joshua Slovik and Elsa Troy, of Zephyr Cove, Nev., for $1.4 million. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 5,073 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.95 million in 2005.

East Bay Street
Joseph and Florence Young, Venice, sold their home at 630 E. Bay St. to Rachael Leahy and Charles Hall, Osprey, for $350,500. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,108 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $902,500 in 2005.

Sorrento Shores
Albert Bensimon and Ruth Bensimon, Punta Gorda, sold their home at 365 S. Shore Drive to Gaylon and Laura Peters, Osprey, for $335,000. Built in 1968, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,824 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $145,000 in 1986.

Stoneybrook Golf and Country Club
David and Bonnie Betz, Sarasota, sold their home at 9527 Forest Hills Circle to Marie and Jess Casner, of Northbrook, Ill., for $313,000. Built in 1998, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,721 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $242,000 in 2000.

Stoneybrook Veranda Greens II
Robert and Jama Roman, Sarasota, sold their Unit 1716 condominium at 9570 High Gate Drive to Diane Miron, of Manlius, N.Y., for $295,000. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,661 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $225,900 in 2002.

Southbay Yacht and Racquet Club
Phillip and Virginia Burket, of Indian Hood Park, Ill., sold their home at 127 Yacht Harbor Drive to H. Alexander and Danna Dearborn, of Kittery Point, Maine, for $290,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,318 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $172,900 in 1989.

Thomas and Laura Bailas, North Port, sold their home at 1660 Sweetland St. to Donald and Jocelyn Henry, Nokomis, for $242,500. Built in 1978, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 2,716 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $290,000 in 2004.

Laurel Woodlands
William Carroll, Nokomis, sold his home at 1108 Hoover St. to Linda & Nicholas LLC for $225,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,217 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $408,000 in 2006.
