The following residential real estate transactions took place between Jan. 30 and Feb. 3.
A home in Sarasota Beach tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Lisa Kruidenier, trustee, sold the home at 636 Beach Road to Saba Sands LLC for $4.1 million. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, four baths and 3,990 square feet of living area.
Siesta Dunes Beach
Ronald and Catherine Fox, of Oak Park, Ill., sold their Unit 6220A condominium at 6220A Midnight Pass Road to James Riley Jr. and Jonathan Riley, trustees, of Mendota Heights, Minn., for $4 million. Built in 1979, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,900 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.7 million in 2006.
The Mangroves
Jack and Karen Knuese, Sarasota, sold their home at 1245 Sea Plume Way to Ian and Wendy Howard, Sarasota, for $1.15 million. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,891 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $472,500 in 1989.
Siesta Properties Inc.
Kenneth Lorch, trustee, and Robert and Ann Bohan, Denver, sold the home at 7723 Sanderling Road to Charles Labiner and Michelle Miller, Sarasota, for $950,000. Built in 1980, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,832 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $480,000 in 1993.
Siesta’s Bayside
Frank Ouseley, of Longmont, Colo., sold his home at 580 Commonwealth Place to Thomas Spadaro and Gina Wright, of LeRoy, N.Y., for $510,000. Built in 1971, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,732 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $675,000 in 2003.
Crescent Royale
Kim and Jean Davenport and Kerry Davenport, of Annandale, Va., sold their Unit 303 condominium at 797 Beach Road to TK Properties LLC for $450,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,122 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $725,000 in 2006.
Palm Bay Club of Sarasota
Janice Stanzione, trustee, of Potomac, Md., sold the Unit S-10 condominium at 5970 Midnight Pass Road to Classic Home Remodeling LLC for $450,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,265 square feet of living area.
Island House
Allan Waugh, Sarasota, sold the Unit 5 condominium at 6150 Midnight Pass Road to Richard Koenig, of Manahawkin, N.J., for $345,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,101 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $745,000 in 2006.

James and Eleanor Endriss, Sarasota, sold their home at 129 Pierson Lane to Norman and Carol Coliane, of Pittsburgh, for $325,000. Built in 1959, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,725 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $40,000 in 1975.
The Anchorage
Denis and Mary Pollock, of Belfast, Northern Ireland, sold their Unit 210 condominium at 6415 Midnight Pass Road to Ashwood Property Investments Limited for $322,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,290 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $72,900 in 1979.
Sarasota Beach
Gretchen Newell, a representative of the owner, sold the home at 605 Calle de Peru to Miriam Huebscher-Naddschar and Gihan Naddschar, of Purchase, N.Y., for $250,000. Built in 1950, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,193 square feet of living area. It sold for $39,500 in 1977.
Midnight Cove
Susan Newell, of Exeter, R.I., sold her Unit 832 condominium at 6370 Midnight Cove Road to Nancy Cornett, Sarasota, for $248,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, one-and-a-half baths and 860 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $375,000 in 2007.
Jamaica Royale
Paul and Geri Trabel, of Fort Wayne, Ind., sold their Unit 78 condominium at 5830 Midnight Pass Road to Paul and Jane Meyers, of Fort Wayne, Ind., for $205,000. Built in 1964, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 986 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $674,000 in 2006.
