Key Towers South condo sells for $340,000

Genevieve Simpson, of Albuquerque, N.M., sold her Unit 8-G condominium at Key Towers South, 1750 Benjamin Franklin Drive, to Richard and Kathryn Poulsen, of Watertown, N.Y., for $340,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,403 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $137,000 in 1992.
This week’s residential real-estate transactions took place between Feb. 6 and Feb.10.

Longbeach Village
Judith Lacefield, trustee, sold the Unit 23 condominium at 7155 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Myron and Sheryl Wolf, of Kildeer, Ill., for $275,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,170 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $225,000 in 1998.

Pelican Harbour and Beach Club
Marion Kelly, trustee, of Oakland, Mich., sold the R-1 condominium at 4234 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Stephen and Lisa Knoop, Sarasota, for $220,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,150 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $187,000 in 1998.
