A home in Mill Creek tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Stephen and Dena Cressman, Parrish, sold their home at 15006 21st Ave. E. to James and Andrea Rodman, Bradenton, for $430,000. Built in 2010, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,341 square feet of living area.

John and Josielyn Walker, trustees, Bradenton, sold the home at 9941 Laurel Valley Ave. Circle to Stanley and Susan Bishop, Bradenton, for $378,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,685 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $405,000 in 2003. Built in 2010, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,341 square feet of living area.

Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch
Stirling Equity Group LLC sold the home at 14531 Whitemoss Terrace to Gerald and Sybil Moore, Bradenton, for $375,900. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,384 square feet of living area.

Riverdale Revised
John and Mary Liebermann, Bradenton, sold their home at 4727 Starboard Drive to Richard Schweitzer and Marianne Schweitzer, trustees, St. Petersburg, for $375,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,356 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $399,000 in 2003.

Peter and Linda Pichetti, Bradenton, sold their home at 4814 88th St. E. to Derrick and Pauline Gill, Bradenton, for $352,000. Built in 1999, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,034 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $320,000 in 2001.

Country Meadows
Paula Grandin, trustee, of Henderson, Nev., sold the home at 418 147th Court N.E. to Michael and Marie Recchia, Bradenton, for $316,000. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,557 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in 2009.

Robert and Irene Kelley sold their home at 525 Country Meadows Way to John Hermina and Jacqueline Jourjy, Bradenton, for $309,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,017 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $470,000 in 2007.

Lawrence Grossman, trustee, of Virginia Beach, Va., sold the home at 10811 Winged Foot Terrace to James and Judith Adams, Anna Maria, for $299,900. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,717 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $565,000 in 2005.

Commerce National Realty LLC sold the home at 1475 Blue Horizon Circle to Thomas and Joan Woske, Bradenton, for $240,500. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,760 square feet of living area.

Greenbrook Village
Marc and Carrie Hanson sold their home at 13710 Glossy Ibis Place to Todd Christy, Bradenton, for $216,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,081 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $292,000 in 2004.
