Sianna defeated The Villages 8-7 in overtime to win the SRQ Magazine Cup Feb. 19.
Francisco Llosa scored five goals to lead the way for Sianna. Polo Baez scored two goals, including the game-winner, and Juan Martinez-Baez scored a goal.
Alan Martinez scored four goals to lead the way for The Villages. Paige Boone scored a pair of goals, and Nick Cifuni scored the remaining goal.
Llosa was named the Most Valuable Player; Boone was named the Most Valuable Amateur. Llosa also received the Best Playing Pony award.
Teams will return to action at 1 p.m. Feb. 26, in The Observer Cup.
In other polo action, Polo Grill defeated Rude Boy 7-5 to win the Women’s Final Feb. 18.
Renee Strickland, Jaymie Klauber and Tiffany Busch each scored a pair of goals to lead the way for Polo Grill.
Cecilia Cochran scored two goals to lead the way for Rude Boy.
Busch was named the Most Valuable Player; Danielle Travis received the Best Playing Pony award.
