Vista Bay Point condo sells for $1.15 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Feb. 6 and Feb. 10.

A condominium in Vista Bay Point tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Mark Gerszewski and Patricia Wunderlin, trustees, Sarasota, sold the Unit 602 condominium at 128 Golden Gate Point to Sandra Young and Patrick McNamee, trustees, St. Louis, for $1.149 million. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 3,317 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,431,600 in 2004.

SARASOTA
Bay Point Apartments
Becky Pomfret sold her home Unit 42 condominium at 350 Golden Gate Point to John and Susan Kline, Indianapolis, for $420,500. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,467 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $166,000 in 1998.

Pier 550
WF Pier 550 LLC sold the Unit 1 condominium at 590 Golden Gate Point to Max and Carol Bloom, trustees, of Baltimore, Md., for $300,000. Built in 1948, it has one bedroom, one bath and 570 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $485,000 in 2007.

South Gate
Paul Robson, Sarasota, sold his home at 2318 River Ridge Drive to Jacqueline Burns, Sarasota, for $287,000. Built in 1972, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,958 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $286,000 in 2009.

Homecroft
Elmer and Rachel Stoltzfus, of New Holland, Pa., sold their home at 3546 Estrada St. to Ray and Dorothy Schrock, of Arthur, Ill., for $220,000. Built in 1973, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,559 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $230,000 in 2008.

La Vista
Jack and Sheila Greber sold their home at 7714 Calle Facil to Michael and Bianca Mueller, of Gauthierstr, Germany, for $465,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,574 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $565,000 in 2008.

Palacio
U.S. Bank, N.A., trustee, sold the home at 4219 Palacio Drive to Ryan Taylor, Sarasota, for $450,000. Built in 1994, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,966 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $675,000 in 2004.

Villa D’Este
Melva Eidelberg, trustee, New York, sold the home at 4594 Las Brisas Lane to Bonnie Hauser, Sarasota, for $330,000. Built in 1987, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,370 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $303,800 in 2003.

Isles of Sarasota
Michael and Patricia Phillips, Naples, sold their home at 5906 Benevento Drive to Sirch Holdings Inc. for $280,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,008 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $467,900 in 2006.

Paul and Jacqueline Dingle sold their home at 11625 Garessio Lane to William Thompson and Farimehr Arbab-Thompson, of Wayne, Pa., for $236,500. Built in 2008, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,534 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $297,000 in 2008.

Mira Lago at Palmer Ranch
Arthur and Joan Shulman, of Media, Pa., sold their home at 4017 Jardin Lane to Raymond and Jeanette Bailey, Sarasota, for $222,500. Built in 1992, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,818 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $155,000 in 1993.

OSPREY
Bishopscourt at the Oaks Preserve
James and Ilona Neis, Chicago, sold their home at 109 Bay Head Lane to Kevin Ward and Kathryn Ward, trustees, Osprey, for $437,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,324 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $539,500 in 2004.

Sorrento Shores
Lawrence and Dorothy Berry, Osprey, sold their home at 375 Renoir Drive to Bruce and Janet Scott, Osprey, for $250,000. Built in 1964, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,940 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $60,700 in 1988.

Tropical Shores
Jared and Beth Lundgren, of Aitkin, Minn., sold their home at 8705 Dunmore Drive to Ellen Cotton, Sarasota, for $240,000. Built in 1978, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,886 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $168,000 in 2010.

NOKOMIS
Sorrento Woods
Michael Sarbinowski, of Williamsburg, Va., sold his home at 1165 Sorrento Woods Blvd. to Michael and Karen Dietrich, Nokomis, for $210,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,448 square feet of living area.

Falcon Trace at Calusa Lakes
Francesco and Johanne Colizza, Nokomis, sold their home at 2324 Harrier Way to Robert and Judith McLean, trustee, Nokomis, for $209,000. Built in 1998, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,582 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $225,000 in 2008.
