The Lakewood Ranch High girls tennis team improved its record to 5-1 with a pair of victories Feb. 21-22.
On Feb. 21, the Lady Mustangs defeated Sarasota 7-0 and on Feb. 22 they topped Cardinal Mooney 6-1.
Across the court, the Lakewood boys tennis team fell to 1-6 with a 7-0 loss to Sarasota Feb. 21 and a 7-0 loss to Cardinal Mooney Feb. 22.
