Lakewood Ranch Country Club homes top weekly sales

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Feb. 13 and Feb.17.

Three homes in the Country Club of Lakewood Ranch top all transactions in this week’s real estate. Joan Hullinger sold her home at 6906 Dominion Lane to MaryCatherine Mamary, trustee, of Hingham, Mass., for $975,000. Built in 2006, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,789 square feet of living area.

Delmont McAnallen, trustee, and Nancy McAnallen sold the home at 8056 Royal Birkdale Circle to Andre Taburiaux and Letty Taburiaux, trutees, Lakewood Ranch, for $785,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,086 square feet of living area.

Alan and Sharon Linton, of Frederick, Md., sold their home at 7044 Brier Creek Court to Joseph Brielmann and Kimberly Anderman, of Thornton, Pa., for $563,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,487 square feet of living area.

Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch
Minto Communities LLC sold the home at 7717 Hazeltine Glen to Patrick and Lois Maroney, Lakewood Ranch, for $550,000. Built in 2011, it has two bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,654 square feet of living area.

Country Club of Lakewood Ranch
Carolyn Weyneth, of Sharon, Mass., sold her home at 7225 Lake Forest Glen to Peter and Lisa Ceccacci, University Park, for $440,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,669 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $780,000 in 2007.

Kenwood Park
Rodney and Barbara Romig, University Park, sold their home at 8146 Dukes Wood Court to William and Sharon Lyons, Bradenton, for $430,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,336 square feet of living area.

Eaton Place
Mark and Linda Guran, Bradenton, sold their home at 7370 Eaton Court to Stephen and Nancy Hickey, of Littleton, Colo., for $420,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,752 square feet of living area.

Riverdale
Jason Lewis and Julia Carter, Naples, sold their home at 3811 Fifth Ave. N.E. to Richard Frank, Bradenton, for $410,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,883 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $530,000 in 2008.

Magnolia Hammock at University Place
Scott and Chris Baylis, Bradenton, sold their home at 7720 Heyward Circle to Edward and Lashay Janeck, University Park, for $400,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,540 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $499,300 in 2005.

The Moorings at Edgewater V
James and Rosemarie Hansen, Lakewood Ranch, sold their Unit 201 condominium at 6419 Moorings Point Circle to John and Ernie Kent, Sarasota, for $375,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,963 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $595,000 in 2005.

Greenbrook Village
Andras and Maria Nemeth, of Marshville, N.C., sold their home at 14516 Sundial Place to John and Jacqueline Breiner, Bradenton, for $355,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, four baths and 3,043 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $299,000 in 2011.

Terry Doll, of New Lenox, Ill., sold his home at 6615 Chickadee Lane to Gerald and Valorie Lowe, Lakewood Ranch, for $349,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,493 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $339,000 in 2011.

Mill Creek
Lance and Susan Carter, Bradenton, sold their home at 13805 18th Place E. to R&D Holdings LLC for $330,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,742 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $380,000 in 2003.

Pomello Park
Ralph and Cynthia Myers, Bradenton, sold their home at 7721 197th St. E. to Scott and Chris Baylis, Bradenton, for $325,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,594 square feet of living area.

Ashley Trace at University Place
ARC Pool 1 LLC sold the home at 7703 Ashley Circle to David and Vickie Cooper, University Park, for $270,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,498 square feet of living area.

Ringling Property Fund I LLC sold the home at 7339 Meeting St. to Erich and Vera Roedel, University Park, for $269,500. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,122 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $190,000 in 2011.

Stoneybrook at Heritage Harbour
CCV Holdings LLC sold the home at 9007 Willowbrook Circle to Geralyn Callahan, of Middle Island, N.Y., for $265,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,228 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $449,400 in 2008.

River Place
Stan Pinkus, Sarasota, sold his home at 7132 67th Terrace E. to Armand and Benita Castro, Bradenton, for $250,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,142 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $323,100 in 2004.

Water Oak
Randy Ward and Donna Ward, of Benson, N.C., sold their home at 6324 67th St. E. to Stephen Connolly, Bradenton, for $250,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,117 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $250,000 in 2010.

James and Nancy Seals, of Murphy, N.C., sold their home at 9711 Braden Run to Patricia McGoughran, Bradenton, for $237,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,701 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $166,000 in 1998.

Carlyle at the Village of Palm Aire
Federal National Mortgage Association sold the home at 6746 W. Country Club Lane to Andrea Csendesne and Robert Lewis, Sarasota, for $220,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,531 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $273,000 in 2003.

Central Park
Central Park Lifestyles LLC sold the home at 4918 Newport News Circle to Harold Jones Jr., Bradenton, for $207,900. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,487 square feet of living area.

Summerfield Village
Allen Hovis sold his home at 11214 Parkside Place to Jansen Wood, Nokomis, for $200,800. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,070 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $249,900 in 2005.

Fairway Lakes at Palm-Aire
Samuel and Dora Uretsky sold their home at 5909 Fairway Lakes Drive to Arthur and Susanne Schaerli, of Toediweg, Switzerland, for $200,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,749 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $189,900 in 1995.
