Three-bedroom Bird Key home sells for $3,225,000

David and Michelle Sylvester, Sarasota, sold their home at 100 S. Warbler Lane, on Bird Key, to Elizabeth Rowntree, trustee, of Toronto, Canada, for $3,225,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,780 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.5 million in 2010.

This week’s residential real-estate transactions took place between Feb. 13 and Feb. 17. Of this week’s 15 sales, four were for $1 million or more.

Vizcaya at Longboat Key
John and Charlotte Suhler, of Darien, Conn., sold their Unit 3A4 condominium at 2399 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Lynne Cosler, trustee, Winter Park, for $2,475,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,060 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.75 million in 1998.

L’Ambiance of Longboat Key Club
Margaret Varnell, of Argyle, Texas, Ria Kofoed, of Charlotte, N.C., and Harry Cotros, of Little Rock, Ark., sold their Unit L-307 condominium at 435 L’Ambiance Drive to Charles and Constance Cotros, Longboat Key, for $1.56 million. Built in 1994, it has two bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,385 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $640,000 in 1994.

Paul and Marilynn Crisp, Sarasota, sold their Unit K-305 condominium at 435 L’Ambiance Drive to James and Deborah Libby, of Gibsonia, Pa., for $1.5 million. Built in 1994, it has two bedrooms, two baths, two half-baths and 2,634 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.3 million in 2002.

Country Club Shores
Warren Standafer, Longboat Key, sold his home at 536 Hornblower Lane to Composter Investments Inc. for $699,000. Built in 1965, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,963 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $162,000 in 2007.

St. Armands Towers North
Joseph and Nicholas Lardieri sold their Unit 86 condominium at 1 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Cynthia Elitzer, Sarasota, for $640,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,389 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $567,000 in 2004.

Sea Gate Club
Coastal Investments Corp. sold the Unit 5-A condominium at 2425 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Karen Benoit, trustee, of Portland, Ore., for $480,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,513 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $75,000 in 1976.

Tiffany Plaza
Diane Kennedy, trustee, of Commerce Township, Mich., sold the Unit 206 condominium at 4325 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Todd Miner, Orlando, for $430,000. Built in 1975, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,456 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $165,000 in 1980.

Harbour Oaks II
Judith Christian and Edward Christian, trustees, Longboat Key, sold the home at 2309 Harbour Oaks Drive to Dylan James Properties LLC for $400,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,306 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $375,000 in 2003.

Portobello
Fernando Satrustegui and Patricio Satrustegui, of Madrid, Spain, sold their Unit B306 condominium at 3240 Gulf of Mexico Drive to William and Sharon Collins, Lakeland, for $350,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,519 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $150,000 in 1994.

Longboat Harbour
William Bendinelli and Paola Versano-Bendinelli, of Broomall, Pa., sold their Unit 308 condominium at 4420 Exeter Drive to Jill Siebenheller and Robert Mazurek, trustees, Longboat Key, for $325,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,168 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $270,000 in 2009.

Fairway Bay II
Sheila Field and Harold Levinger and William Poole VIII and Janet Levinger, trustees, sold the Unit 432 condominium at 2020 Harbourside Drive to Frederic and Ann Marsh, Longboat Key, for $310,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,192 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $200,000 in 2002.

Bird Key
John and Ann Williams, Sarasota, sold their home at 658 Mourning Dove Drive to David Sylvester, Sarasota, for $950,000. Built in 1968, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,472 square feet of living area.

Lido Pointe
Robert and Wendy Corley, of St. Cloud, Minn., sold their Unit 301 condominium at 109 Garfield Drive to Kelly Cronin, of Centreville, Va., for $740,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,183 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $525,000 in 2003.

Lido Harbour
Keith and Darla Benoit of St. Louis, Minn., sold their Unit 16 condominium at 1900 Benjamin Franklin Drive to William and Peri Ross, of Vienna, Va., for $350,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,088 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $315,000 in 2008.
