Lakewood Ranch home tops sales

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Dec. 12 and Dec. 23, 2011.

Two homes in the Country Club of Lakewood Ranch Village top all transactions in this week’s real estate. Raymond and Carol Lamoureaux sold their home at 7802 Mathern Court to Anthony and Kathleen Constantinou, of Killingworth, Conn., for $964,500. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, four-and-one-half baths, a pool and 4,673 square feet of living area.

Herbert Kellner, trustee, of Northbrook, Ill., sold the home at 6715 Firestone Place to Joyce Cloutier and Larry Steinhart, of Latham, N.Y., for $677,500. Built in 2002, it has five bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,775 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $975,000 in 2004.

Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch
Neal Signature Homes LLC sold the home at 14919 Camargo Place to Kathleen Goode, trustee, of Crystal Lake, Ill., for $625,000. Built in 2011, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,243 square feet of living area.

Chris and Deana Iacobelli sold their home at 14621 Newtonmore Lane to John Iacobelli, of Strongsville, Ohio, for $375,300. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,391 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $320,000 in October.

Preserve at Panther Ridge
Gary and Rita Lowman, St. Petersburg, sold their home at 22610 Morning Glory Circle to Kevin Jones, Bradenton, for $585,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 4,120 square feet of living area.

River Club South
Jamie Gage sold his home at 9939 Cherry Hills Ave. Circle to Jerry and Deborah Engleson, Bradenton, for $490,000. Built in 1995, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,831 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $355,400 in 1999.

Jeffrey Rosenberg and Arial Rosenberg, of Madison, Wis., sold their home at 7226 Pine Valley St. to Charles DeMarco and Rosemary DeMarco, of Salem, Mass., for $456,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,804 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $540,000 in 2008.

John Byrnes, trustee, Bradenton, sold the home at 9997 Laurel Valley Ave. Circle to Stefaan Bourgeois and Katleen Wuyts for $335,000. Built in 1996, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,288 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $295,000 in 1998.

River Club North
Ronnie and Joi Melton sold their home at 6708 Medinah Court to Douglas and Kerrieann Gourley, Bradenton, for $425,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,154 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $250,000 in 1994.

Country Club of Lakewood Ranch
Richard and Joan Schuller, of Prior Lakes, Minn., sold their home at 7244 Orchid Island Place to Patricia Xirinachs, Bradenton, for $390,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,538 square feet of living area.

David Browning, trustee, Sarasota, sold the home at 7126 Sandhills Place to Timothy and Cheryl Mooney, Lakewood Ranch, for $265,000. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,764 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $505,000 in 2005.

Riverwalk Village
Robert Parker Jr. and Barbara Medosch, of Cincinnati, Ohio, sold their home at 7618 Broomsedge Court to Myles and Kelly Detterman, Bradenton, for $375,500. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,060 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $419,000 in 2003.

Pomello Park
Thomas Rowe sold his home at 22504 69th Ave. E. to Kevin and Karen Murray, Bradenton, for $370,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,669 square feet of living area.

Greenbrook Village
Michael and Tara Warmuth, of Washington, N.J., sold their home at 6462 Indigo Bunting Place to Dominic and Melissa Casanueva, Lakewood Ranch, for $355,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,713 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $340,000 in 2010.

Philip and Paulette Maltese, Sarasota, sold their home at 13807 Nighthawk Terrace to Matthew and Nikki Wienczkowski, Bradenton, for $243,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,185 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $233,300 in 2003.

Charles and Jennifer Stroble, Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 13858 Waterthrush Place to Del Fabro Properties LLC for $230,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,083 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $302,000 in 2004.

Indigo Ridge at University Place
Philip and Mary Shirley sold their home at 7910 Indigo Ridge Terrace to Carol Weisberg, University Park, for $335,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,073 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $465,000 in 2005.

Riverdale
Kenneth and Susanne Wolfe, Loxahatchee, sold their home at 3815 Fifth Ave. N.E. to Charles and Julianne Ashley, Bradenton, for $330,500. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,188 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $258,200 in 2001.

Upper Manatee River Road
Martin Head, Bradenton, sold the home at 11805 Upper Manatee River Road to Kathleen Lambert and Darrell Lambert, Bradenton, for $310,000. Built in 1973, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,645 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $295,000 in 2009.

Robert Enge and Marilyn Elliott-Enge sold their home at 3832 Fifth Ave. N.E. to Marc and Debra Salisbury, Sarasota, for $292,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,974 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $237,400 in 2001.

First America Bank sold the home at 6709 88th St. E. to Joshua and Katina Keys, Bradenton, for $239,900. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,826 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $178,500 in 1995.

Notting Hill
Robert and Maureen Ryan, of Duluth, Minn., sold their home at 7231 Kenginston Court to Kevin Killips and Cynthia Gizzo-Killips, of Hinsdale, Ill., for $270,000. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,605 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $211,000 in 2000.

State Road 64
Steve and Linda Smith, Bradenton, sold their home at 24725 S.R. 64 E. to Dolores Vole, Ellenton, for $262,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths and 2,628 square feet of living area.

John and Jayne Colombaro, Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7740 Heyward Circle to Collin and Lora Haught, University Park, for $260,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,126 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $466,800 in 2005.

Summerfield Village
Adam and Sheila Getzels, Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 11864 Hollyhock Drive to Pedro and Michelle Bortoni, Bradenton, for $260,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,051 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $367,500 in 2006.

136th Street
Joseph and Robin Brown sold their home at 1200 136th St. N.E. to Deborah Groben, Bradenton, for $257,500. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,971 square feet of living area.

Palm-Aire at Sarasota
June Coslett, of Evansville, Ind., sold her home at 5639 Country Lakes Drive to David Maskewitz, Sarasota, for $245,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths and 2,430 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $247,000 in 2002.

Waterlefe Golf and River Club
Raymond and Lisa Shirk and Terry and Meribeth Madonna sold their home at 9447 Portside Terrace to George and Shannon Endler, of St. James, N.Y., for $232,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,473 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $290,000 in 2009.

Tara
Robert and Lisa Stubeck, Bradenton, sold their home at 6405 Rookery Circle to William Bangs and Debbie Jarrettbangs, of Medford, N.J., for $230,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,867 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $224,000 in 2003.

Lake Vista Residences
Anita Enzinna, of Lockport, N.Y., sold her Unit A-406 condominium at 7804 Lake Vista Court to 555 International Drive Associates for $227,500. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths and 2,138 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $200,000 in July.
Robert Hofmann sold his Unit F-403 condominium at 7604 Lake Vista Court to 555 International Drive Associates for $200,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,763 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $200,000 in November.

River Landings Bluffs
William and Sheila Cowan sold their home at 5612 61st St. E. to Lawrence and Janice Kobi, Bradenton, for $205,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,965 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $191,000 in 2000.

John and Susan Blokker, of Mill Creek, Wash., sold their home at 8744 28th St. Circle E. to James Kathleen Georgopolis, Parrish, for $215,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,048 square feet of living area.

Michael Ulm and Carrie Bayer, Tallahassee, sold their home at 3413 Wilderness Blvd. E. to Gregory and Sharon Brock, Parrish, for $212,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths and 3,062 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $269,000 in 2003.
