A home in Cypress Creek Estates tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Aaron Dorfman sold the home at 6176 Ninth Ave. Circle N.E. to Mark Hafner, Bradenton, for $875,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, four-and-one-half baths, a pool and 5,108 square feet of living area.

Waterlefe Golf and River Club
Mark and Gina Ursini, Sarasota, sold their home at 971 Fish Hook Cove to Ronnie and Donna Presley, of Woodstock, Ga., for $522,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, four baths, two half-baths, a pool and 4,037 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $994,300 in 2005.

Thomas Fitzgerald, of Northport, N.Y., sold his home at 611 Misty Pond Court to Gail Padgett and James Colvin, Bradenton, for $310,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,712 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $430,000 in 2006.

Dana and Katherine Sochachki, Sarasota, sold the home at 14721 Bowfin Terrace to Marie-Josee Caron and Babis Chronopoulos, trustees, of Quebec, Canada, for $445,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,806 square feet of living area.
