Two-bedroom Promenade condo sells for $675,000

Wellington Financial Enterprises LP sold the Unit 609 condominium at the Promenade, 1211 Gulf of Mexico Drive, to Jeffrey Bosse, of Evansville, Ind., for $675,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,827 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $491,000 in 1999.

This week’s residential real-estate transactions took place between Dec. 26 and Dec. 30.

Longboat Shores
Richard Withington, Sarasota, sold his home at 7 Winslow Place to Eric Warneke and Elise Passentino, of Great Falls, Va., for $625,000. Built in 1967, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,075 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $390,000 in 1992.

Bay Isles
U.S. Bank, NA trustee, sold the home at 3311 Bayou Road to Sylvia Henke and Libbe Lamb, trustees, of Chesterhill, Mo., for $485,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,555 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $890,800 in 2011.

Faiway Bay II
Virginia Mosbaugh and Anne Knapp sold their Unit 451 condominium at 2020 Harbourside Drive to Phillip Mosbaugh, Indianapolis, for $413,900. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,442 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $223,000 in 1985.

Continental’s Sea Club III
Paul and Gay Scherrer sold their Unit 5 condominium at 5591 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Sharmila Yathiraj, trustee, Bradenton, for $370,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,073 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $745,000 in 2006.

5601 Gulf of Mexico Drive Apartments
Lizabeth Hafer and Ramona Kent, of Golden, Colo., sold their Unit 7 condominium at 5601 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Paul Holmes, of Barrington, Ill., for $355,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 976 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $707,500 in 2005.

Sands Point
Richard Rehmeyer, Longboat Key, sold his Unit 120 condominium at 100 Sands Point Road to Daniel Cavallo and Vincent Cavallo, Windermere, for $335,000. Built in 1966, it has one bedroom, two baths and 1,492 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $72,500 in 1978.

Windward Bay
Bernard and Barbara Barkin, of Greenwich, Conn., and Eileen Paolicelli, Boca Raton, sold their Unit 20-V-32 condominium at 4972 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Gordon To Leung Tsang and Hooi Ling Teoh, of Hong Kong, for $260,000. Built in 1974, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,334 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $133,000 in 1980.
